STAY AWAY! To be clear, this location does NOT have MD’s or DO’s; they only staff the location with Physicians Assistants who are completely unqualified and negligent. I was involved in a skiing accident where I fractured two ribs. They took X-Rays, and determined that rib # 6 was fractured, and 5 was a ‘possible’ fracture. I was in severe pain and explained this to them. They released me without any pain management, stating only that I should take 2 Aleve twice daily. I returned the next day, in severe pain, and the second Physician’s assistant maligned my injuries stating “I saw you had a probable fracture”. She was a very young PA who was rude, and fought me when I requested pain management. I corrected her as the word ‘probable’ was not accurate, and that in fact I had 2 fractures. She REFUSED TO TREAT MY PAIN, only issuing me a very weak ibuprofen prescription after having argued with her for 10 minutes. I explained to her that I could not take deep breaths and was concerned about pneumonia, yet she incorrectly stated that ‘narcotic pain killers could CAUSE pneumonia’. Once again I had to correct her, and stated that in fact, doctors prescribe tussionex in order to combat this. I feel as though both PA’s were negligent of their failure to treat my pain. I subsequently went to the ER at St. Josephs hospital, where X-Rays CONFIRMED TWO (2) FRACTURES, and was immediately prescribed a proper pain medication. The ER Dr. made a call to an orthopedic surgeon for me as well. Be warned, the PA’s are incompetent, and do not deliver the care required to treat patients. This is a business, not a hospital, and patient care is non-existent.

Ive been a client for Dr Buchanan for 15+ Years and my family of four has been going here for 16+ Years. They were previously at the SkyMeadow Strip mall near Lilac Blossom. The new location is extremely easy to access and quick in and out. Their lab is next door which is extremely convenient and they get results back super fast (<24hrs). Ive found the check in process very smooth and their technology is very current and has been able to document all of my concerns. Id also like to add the Reception at their Lab was spectacular: she helped calm my nerves as she helped relate her own blood disease experience and Phlebotomist was very kind and empathetic! Ive found that Dr. Buchanan provides a very humane, respectful, personal and thorough consult. Dr. Buchanan is someone I trust wholly and has helped provide very positive results and I feel I have a true health professional in my life that is empathetic to listening to me . I want a doctor who can empathize and understand our needs as a whole person. I wanted to find a doctor have incredible knowledge in their field. But every doctor needs to know how to apply their knowledge with wisdom and relate to us as plain folks. Dr Buchanan is that guy. Im blessed to of found him and Family practice. Cheers! Excellent experience at Immediate Care! Im not one to visit urgent care centers but am glad I did. I went there on a recommendation by my sister who had used them recently. I arrived on a Sunday morning at about 9:30 and there was one person ahead of me.I was checked in efficiently and was explained the payment method. I was offered a discount for paying that day. I was seen by Dr. Wu who was professional, kind, and a good listener. Her treatment and advise was spot on! The waiting room was very busy when I checked out. Dont hesitate to use this urgent care center.

Not a very pleasant experience as the lab tech who is the first person to greet you harshly responded to my easy question. Which was ...is Dr. Douglas Paragone here today. She replied. .." I dont know. ..u have to sit and wait your turn" When I initially came here pretty sick the receptionist had an attitude and made you feel like she hated her job. I was going to let it go. I told myself lets see what happens when I return...more to come ....Im still waiting. . This new receptionist was extremely pleasant. His name was jason.

Almost every member of staff I had talked to was unbelievably rude. I heard them complaining about me from outside of the room I was in and even once heard multiple members of staff laughing and joking about my medical problem.

I was in a lot of pain. Everyone was very caring, efficient and knowledgeable. A little humor helped a lot. Cant say enough good things about this place which had been recommended by a friend

Wait times are not normally too long. There are xray and blood lab facilities on site. Most of the doctors we have seen listen to you and are very helpful.

They are awesome here! Staff is friendly, the doctors are excellent and typically the wait times are minimal. I definitely would recommend them.
