Unpleasant and circa 1999. Saturday hours are until 2pm but the nurse had to leave early so they locked the door at 1:30. We arrived in time, but Patients continued to arrive before 2pm and receptionist refused to answer door or allow us to tell the patients they were closed claiming "liability issues" if we opened the door. Refused to put a note on the door explaining they closed early, so new patients continued to knock without any explanation. Odd and unpleasant. They have email, but refuse to send patients any follow up info via email "because the doctor said we cant." Offered to send a fax. Everything seemed circa 1999. Other patients in the office recommended we go to the urgent care in Westerly, which they said was excellent. The RN was good when we finally saw her.

Was great Dr Gross Dr leseca and Tiffany NP are all great you will wait while they examine you the front staff need a little polish like handing out clip boards and writing the number of the person as they arrive other then that great walk in , they have a lab and xray im the same building

Waited in a cold exam room for 2 HOURS! Only 2 people were ahead of me. I walked right out. Earlier, I had tried to call to get an appointment (this WAS my primary) they left me on hold and forgot about me!! NEVER going back!

Horrible. First one in this AM at 9:00. Waited over an hour for the doctor to show up who then starts attending to any patient with an appointment. I sat in a patient room for 75 minutes. Finally just walked out.

Sitting here for over an hour. Was here here at 9 am when they opened. I have no idea where the doctor even is. This place is Horrible.
