I am writing this for manager or director of indigo clinic at mill creek. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware that the medical assistants and providers at this location are turning away patients unreasonably and perhaps that is the reason that the clinic is not busy at all. I went to this clinic for simple laceration on my finger . they medical assistant told me to go to ER and they are not doing any procedure at this clinic. I went to Swedish urgent care and I had only 3 sutures there . I came another time to this clinic and they medical assistant told me that they are not taking my insurance ( apple health , united health care ) so he turned me away to go to another urgent care. I just checked in the website and I knew that this clinic is taking my insurance but I did not argue with the medical assistant today , i went to this clinic at 7 pm. the female provider with the short hair and Russian accent wearing white coat was standing next to the receptionist . they both asked me that why i am in the clinic . when i said , i have nausea and vomiting due to not taking fluoxetine, they provider rise her voice and said go to your PCP. She said this is urgent care and we are not taking care of these staff. I knew that this is a bit BS . so i insist to see another provider. a nurse practitioner named sarah came to the room to see me. she said she can not give me anti nausea meds like Zofran or promethazine . why ? she said because i am the providence patients so i need to be seen at providence. this is BS. there is no policy in the website saying that providence patients can not be seen at multicare. i used to be a LPN and i used to work at urgent care. I know she just wanted to finish with me and get ready to go home. I know its 7:00 pm and you worked since 8 am , you are probably exhausted and tired but you are getting paid every hour you are staying in that clinic . it was only 7:00 pm . you still had one hour . this is very unethical . managers basically paying these people free money because they are turning away patients. i really want the management to be aware of this. thanks

This place is wonderful!!! Went here on a Sunday afternoon because I cut my finger open cutting an avocado (careful, they fight back!). After 2 hours of not being able to get it to stop bleeding, I called my usual place and they were closed. Called indigo cause it was close to me and they said to come on down. Id never been here before and was quickly signed in and brought to a room. It was very clean and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was thoroughly explained before I received my 4 stitches and tetanus shot and it was honestly quick and easy! I received a follow up call and a thank you card! Today I went back to get the stitches removed and they actually remembered me and what happened! They turned a bad situation in to a great experience with great customer service. This may become my new usual place!

I cut my finger badly last Friday. It needed 6 stitches. I wandered down to the nearest urgent care place I could find. I drove past it twice, it doesnt look like your typical urgent care building. I was surprised at how clean and modern it is. They use IPads to check you in, that was much easier for me with one useless hand. They gave me water and juice and the doc stitched me up. They were friendly, fast, and gave me food and drinks...They turned bad experience into an interesting one. I actually enjoyed the time spent there?! Crazy. I have since put a review on my own Facebook account and am now writing this review. They took better care of me than most primary doctors. If you need help and your close, go here!

The location and office are very clean and welcoming. The staff is very professional and kind. I was offered bottled water when I arrived and there was no wait. I was surprised at the level of technology they had and that they already had me in the system from years ago. I updated my chart via a tablet that was fast and easy to use. I definitely will come back here again and would definitely refer friends and family.

Sprained my ankle and went to visit MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care because it was the weekend. The staff had me processed and waiting to see the doctor in under 15 minutes. The staff/nurses/doctor was very attentive and answered all of my questions quickly and easily. The entire experience (from me limping in to getting xrays to having my answers to leaving) was less than an hour. Very efficient!

I was pleasantly surprised to see real doctor instead of PA-C here. Another good thing is that doctor actually asks questions instead of storming into the room, writing prescription and storming out as is the usual case in other urgent care clinics. Not so good thing is that one cannot schedule appointment online and they seem to be first come-first serve kind.

Its the Hilton of walk-in clinics. I wont go anywhere else ever again. They greet you at the door, they dont even wait for you to walk up to the front desk. They asked me 3 times during my visit if I wanted something to drink. Make the change everyone, make the change.

My trip here was awesome. They got me in and taken care of with no wait time, the staff was very helpful and positive. No one wants to have to go into urgent care, but they made the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. I am very pleased!

Weve been to ever clinic in the area, this one is by far the best! Theyve taken patient care to another level! The staff here is incredible! No wait time, and their waiting room has an espresso machine and is clean and comfortable.
