I had a filling done on April 28, 2014. I have been having pain since the anesthesia wore off (April 28th). Ive taking aspirin to relieve the pain. When I called Harbor Point Dental Group office, Melissa, the manager was brutal and had no regard for what I was going through. She would not give me the name of the dentist. She told me I need an appointment. She was trying to diagnose the pain by saying it could be the bite or something. She did not call the dentist so he could talk to me on the phone. She said the dentist was listening to our conversation. I am upset because why didnt Melissa say the dentist was listening to our conversation and when I asked to be connected to him, Melissa wouldnt transfer me over to the dentist who was eavesdropping the conversation. The dentist was very aggressive in the injection of the anesthesia. It was a horrifying experience. Melissa wouldnt even want to give me the name of the dentist. Rating for Harbor Point Dental Group is HORRIFYING. Manager was having a bad day so she took it out on me. She was brutal and not polite. 5/16/14

ALL OF THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND CONSIDERATE OF YOU AND YOUR TIME. REGARDING DR. FRANK CIMATO, YOU HAVE COME TO ONE OF THE BEST. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH A DEMEANOR THAT WILL MAKE YOU RELAX THE MOMENT YOU SIT IN THE CHAIR. IF YOU HAVE TO BE "DRILLED" YOU MIGHT AS WELL, IN MY OPINION, GO TO THE BEST. DR.
