We have used Brookschool Road Vet Clinic for our three cats for over 10 years. The doctors and technicians are really passionate about animals and treat all the animals in their care like their own. Our two older cats had serious health challenges in the last years of their lives. All the doctors (especially Dr. Collins) went beyond the call of duty to help us, including making themselves available for emergency vet runs late at night and spending lots of time answering our questions and spending their time doing research to help us find the best treatment plans. We cant say enough about their caring and concern for us and the excellent quality of care all of our cats have received. And when our two older cats eventually were put to sleep, Dr. Collins and Dr. Lee and the staff could not have been more compassionate. They allowed our cats to pass with dignity and took great care of all of us at a challenging time. Dr. Lee practices Chinese medicine, including acupuncture, which gave our cats more quality in their lives and more time with us. (You have to go to their main clinic, Fishers Vet Hospital to receive acupuncture.) We highly recommend Brookschool Road Vet Clinic!

We brought our new adopted kitty Luna in for an appointment after switching vets (old vet didnt care, wasnt knowledgable, mightve cut one of our animals lives short), and we loved it here! The staff were all passionate and informed on cat basics and needs. It didnt feel like they had to keep running to ask the vet questions because they had no answers themselves. The vet was also great! She was confident and seemed to have been through a lot of the problems we faced or at least she had read up on it. We had some adjustment issues with our new kitten with our other cat and dogs and they gave us great advice on how to integrate them and what to expect with a new cat in the house. The Feliaway diffuser and different litter options were great in helping her adjust to home life. We will definitely be back for our other animals soon! 100% reccomend them!

Initially, I started at Brooks School Vet because it was convenient. Shortly thereafter, my dog injured her eye and had emergency treatment that culminated in a week or so in some eye surgery all taken care of there. That was three or four years ago, and I almost look forward to my appointments with them. Needless to say, my dog doesnt necessarily share my enthusiasm, but skittish as she is, the staff there are able to calm her, and over the years she has stopped squealing and howling when they even come near her. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this practice and cant recommend them highly enough. My roommate has his cocker spaniel groomed there, too, after trying out three or four others, and the one at Brooks School is the only one who can follow instructions. These people are treasures, every one of them.

Groomer was recommended. Took my Wheaten Terrier to them. What did he look like when finished: hair on his ears was not touched, one side of his face was clipped down to his skin while the other side of his face was 1/2" long, his beard (ALL terriers MUST have whiskers!) was clipped down to 1/2" underneath and the whiskers along his upper muzzle were clipped even with his upper lip, his body was nearly shaved then ended abruptly at the legs. When groomer asked me if I wanted his leg featherings trimmed, I informed her to trim them just a bit....they now look like poodle legs. Poor guy is totally embarrassed and looks like no specific dog breed that I know of (and I do terrier rescue!!). Would never recommend this groomer to anyone unless they just want a total summer clip with no breed specifics to that clip.

I have taken my Yorkie to the Brookschool Road Vet Clinic for over 11 years. He has received excellent care from various Vets over this period of time. Most recently, Dr. Cloud helped us through the healing process post dog attack and a severe reaction to a medication. The entire staff have been extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We visit the groomer monthly and she has consistently fulfilled any requests we have. My dog actually gets excited to go see "Amy." I appreciate the report card monthly from the Vet who keeps me informed of his weight, eyes, ears, etc. during grooming. I have also taken my dog to the affiliated hospital after hours and have received excellent care there, as well. I have not even considered taking my dog anyplace else!

I have been going to the Brooks School vet for over 10 yrs and level of caring and compassionate staff members is unbeatable! Dr. Collins is amazing! She is great with my dogs and has helped me through some difficult times with my pets! I also board my dogs there and get one of my dogs groomed there!!! All services offered are exceptional! Proof of how great this place and the staff members are: MY DOGS LOVE TO GO TO THE VET!!

We like and trust Dr. Brown. He is knowledgeable, professional and effective. Dr. Brown saw our dog through pancreatitis (which can be fatal) with skill and a good outcome. The staff is helpful and efficient and I have had good experiences with the other vets there as well.
