Ive had many cleanings throughout my entire life and this was by far the worst painful experience Ive ever had with a dental hydientist cleaning. She was impatient, her demeanor was awful and she seemed not to care that I was jumping and saying ouch every few secs. This was not a deep cleaning and Ive never had many issues with my gums. Her response was that I should have told her ...uh my mouth was wide up with tools inside...seems she should have read my language...then she says I have gengivits...but I had just saw the doctor and she said absolutely nothing about a gum disease. So I requested for the doctor to come back in to educate me and as soon as she walked in her first line was that I STAND BEHIND WHATEVER MY HYGENTIST SAYs....but your the one with the license to diagnose. It was horrible. Mint dentistry ...is actually a great relaxing place. The entertainment was awesome the rooms were very relaxing and I got to watch Hulu. So with that being said Ill never visit the Lancaster location until they have a new dentist thats confident in her own diagnosis ...they do have another hygentist but I dont want that negative energy of the company working in my mouth. Cedarhill your up next and I pray that my experience is much better. ***update**** Andrew, a rep from Mint gave me a call in regards to my concern...lets just say Im satisfied with the symphathy and concern he had. He reassured me of the steps to move forward so that tis doesnt be the experience for someone else. I really appreciate customer service "Good Customer Service". Ill definitely be returning to Mint again just a new location. They are by far still one of the best dentist offices Ive been to in regards to it all. Thank you Dr. Harrison and Andrew.

I scheduled an appointment for May 25th and 2 days before the appt they call to say they will be closed Thursday and I will have to reschedule for Wednesday. I rearrange my whole schedule to come in at 10 on Wednesday only to wait 30 minutes for them to tell me I have to come back later which further disrupts my already rearranged schedule!  These people are so unorganized, they could have atleast gave me a call before I left my house and informed me that I would have to wait. I have never experienced this and honestly may not go back nor will I refer my grandmother who I originally was going to send there.

Rene (cleaned my teeth) , My (did my x rays and pics) , and Dr.Harris well really the whole mint team were fabulous today I loved the vip treatment! Will definitely come back! They are all so helpful passionate and friendly I did not see any flaws what so ever. I can honestly say they take customer service/treatment very serious. The service hear is unlike anything out there. I live like 4 minutes from this office and i love it. We desperately needed a Mint in Lancaster. Thanks Mint!

Henry, Keikei, and Dr. D Kim are very talented at what they do. Not just their expertise, but their emotional connection they give is what makes me, as a patient come back. I got a cleaning done and an extraction as well. Come by and request them! They are the best in the business! Also very pretty & professional women at the front desk. They need to be on the radio when Mint is advertised!

I went to a dentist office this past weekend (Not Mint) They left me waiting on the lobby for two hours . I had to get out of there and hurry over to Mint. I spent less time in dentists chair than I did at the other dentist lobby. The staff was nice and professional. They took great care of me. I will continue to use Mint DENTISTRY at Lancaster for all of my Dental needs.

My daughter Heaven and I came into Mint to get our annual cleaning today, the staff here is always helpful and none judgmental. Jessica gave me great advice on how to properly clean my teeth to prevent tarter build up. My daughter got 2 fillings and she said it was painless!!!! Can wait till my next visit for verniers!!! Thanks Mint for taking good are of our teeth!!!

Wow! The best teeth cleaning experience Ive ever had! Julia handled my check up and made it very easy and comfortable for me. The person that cleaned my teeth was Henry and it was absolutely painless. Dr. Ken was also very nice and informative making my experience better. I will definitely come back here again for my next appointment! Highly recommend this place!

Mint dentistry (Lancaster) is awesome. I am usually reluctant to visit dentists because of previous experiences although after visiting mint (dont hurt), I no longer possess anxiety with dentist visits. They have awesome dentists and assistants. I cant believe that I am recommending any dentist office although Mint (Lancaster) is awesome. Make an appointment.

I felt at home the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. I enjoyed listing to music with the Beats headphones and watching Netflix. Everyone is very sensitive to your needs and making sure your comfortable. Loving the experience being that this is my day off and I dont feel stressed with a boring visit are long wait.
