This office is FANTASTIC! I will try to make my explanation short. First, the office smells like Bath and Body Works which is crazy. Dentist offices usually smell like that nasty numbing gel. Second, everything is so calming. The atmosphere, music, low lights and doors on your room. The environment seems to calm anxiousness. So let me get to the good stuff. 1st appt. Dr. Do walked in, sat on the stool in the corner and started listening to what I had to say about my mouth. He didnt walk straight in and grab the poky thing and mouth mirror and start scraping around on my teeth. Loved that. He understood how sensitive my teeth were and I made him fully aware of how BIG OF A BABY I AM! HUGE! 2nd visit was for the dreaded chair that leans you all the way back until you feel like your going to fall off head first LOL. I can only say WOW....period. The extra steps taken for sensitive teeth by the assistant and Dr. Do before they started spraying air and cold water was just amazing and appreciated! I had 3 broken fillings fixed and roughly 11 protective feelings done which by the way you are not typically numbed for this but my teeth are so sensitive I ended up with 4 shots (2 top and 2 bottom ea. side) and I was still OK! I squeezed a little rubber ducky (thank you asst:) and felt calm. Forgive me, I cant remember everyones name but even the girls at the front desk were little sunshines! Since when are the receptionists as happy as the hygienists!? So many things I probably left out but let me leave you with this...This office is simply amazing to be a dentist office. I have always avoided the dentist at all costs not even getting the free teeth clean every 6 months. I will be getting teeth cleans going forward but only here at Red Oak. Thank you all for being so caring and clearly loving your job!

I am so very pleased with Dr. Do and Red Oak Family Dentistry! I have been looking for a new dentist for quite some time and saw a wonderful Facebook post about how Dr. Do is partnering with the Samaritan Inn homeless shelter to provide dental care to the residents. I was very intrigued and made an appointment for my husband and I as soon as they opened in late December. We were both dreading going to the dentist and couldnt wait to get the visit over with. Well, we didnt need to worry at all! Dr. Do was fantastic and it was the most gentle and thorough cleaning weve both had in a long time. We both had cavities that needed to be filled and neither one of us felt a thing during the procedure. My husbands front tooth had broken off a few months prior to the visit and Dr. Do did a wonderful job fixing it! My husbands tooth looks natural and hes received many compliments about how well it looks. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Do and Red Oak. His staff is very pleasant and courteous, the office is brand new and beautiful. They even give out little chapsticks and ear buds to make you comfortable during your visit and you get to keep them! We are so very pleased to have found such a great dentist and neither of us dread our dental appointments anymore!

When I moved from Dallas to McKinney, I was afraid that I would not be able to find a good, honest dentist like my previous, longtime family dentist. I continued driving a long distance so that I wouldnt have to change, but then decided I needed to find one closer to home. I was fortunate to find Dr. Anthony Do at first chance about three years ago. He is an expert in his field. Very professional. Family Oriented. During any procedure, he will explain what he is doing, step by step, and he will not push for unneeded dental work. I was very impressed, once, when he told me about in the past, he went to nursing homes to provide dental work on elderly patients. I used him as my dentist, (preventative cleaning, fillings and crowns) before he opened his own business. I would follow him anywhere. Very happy his office is easy to get to on 380.

I had a great experience with Dr. Do and his staff. I have had bad experiences in the past with other dentists. I told Dr. Do that on my first visit and he understood completely and assured me he would not do what the other have done. He kept his word and has been so honest it is so refreshing. A previous dentist told me I had over $4000 worth of work to be done. Dr. Do said "no way" I had one tooth that needed resurfacing and one crown. I am so pleased I am telling everyone about this practice. The staff is incredible, everyone is so nice which is very important to me. The staff can make a big difference in how you like a practice. I could go on and on and continue telling you how great these people are but I am running out of space. They have a dental plan that is better than any insurance you can buy, ask about it.

I cant seem to sing their praises enough! Hands down the best experience Ive ever had at the dentist. I happened upon Dr. Do and his staff after a dental emergency shortly after moving to McKinney. I called several other dental offices and they were able to get me in the same day. I have since been back numerous times and am so relieved to have a dentist for my husband and I who is reliable, patient, trustworthy, kind and whos staff is just so genuinely great to work with. They all take such incredible care of their patients and I have nothing but incredible things to say about this place. I would recommend Red Oak to anyone looking for the best dental care in north Texas. So grateful to have found Red Oak Family Dentistry!

I was dreading going to the dentist,due to my past experiences in the dentist chair. I called and ask if they used nitrous oxide,they told me the doctor would have some ready for me. I went in and was met by a very nice lady that assured me this would be an easy appointment..I was called into the room by a very sweet young lady that answered all of my concerns. The doctor came into the room,introduced himself to me, sat down and started getting acquainted. Dr,Do is very kind, knowledgeable and laid back, the exam was thorough yet not uncomfortable. I can say this is the only time in my life that I have been going to dentist I enjoyed being there. Dr.Do and his staff know how to treat people

My family has been searching for a new dentist, and we hit the jackpot with Red Oak Family Dentistry. The entire staff was friendly, professional, extremely nice and helpful. My children (ages 10 and 12) have never been fans of going to the dentist and always complain, but both of them kept talking non-stop about how much they liked it here after we left. Grace, our hygienist, was so gentle with the kids, and helpful. My daughter has a horrible gag reflex, but had zero issues while getting her teeth examined and cleaned. I cant say enough great things about Dr. Do and his staff. I can happily say, our search for a new FAMILY dentist has ended, we are excited to be patients of Dr. Do.
