FEAR NO MORE!!This review is from someone that has had a fear of dentist for a lifetime. From the moment that I entered the facility until the end upon leaving, I must say and admit that Waxahachie Family Dentistry, on this first(last minute) emergency visit, exceeded my expectations, and put to ease that fear. First off, upon entering I was greeted by name by two friendly and lovely receptionist. As nervous as I was Ana politely assured me that I was in good care and that my needs (swollen jaw due to abscess) would be taken care of. Sure enough my fears were put at ease. Dr. Hawkins gave an easy to understand diagnosis of my situation as well as presenting and explaining option plans on going forward. Jennifer also did an exceptional job on explaining the cost for treatment. WFD exceeded my expectations. The whole staff is great and the facility is clean and state of the art. So if you want to be relieved of your Dental Fears then look no further than Waxahachie Family Dentistry.So give them a try for your new smile. You will not be disappointed.Waxahachie Family Dentistry is easily accessible off highway 287 north service road at the Farley exit near the Waxahachie Sports Complex. In follow up to my appointment: Dr. Hawkins and her assistants did an exceptional job on making me feel at ease and comfortable with my extractions. Very, very pleased.Everything went well and according to the plan. Jennifer is the best. She followed up with me first thing in the morning to ensure that recovery was well and without complications. Again outstanding job WFD. FEAR NO MORE!!

I have been getting dental care form a Dentist located in Mansfield for nearly 18 months. Without mentioning any places of business, the place charged 1,000 over what was quoted. In addition the work was not done correctly resulting in many return trips resulting in my sick leave being used up. The place was rated five stars so I had a lot of confidence in their work. The dentists were older and experienced. I relocated to the Waxahachie area and decided to move my family to Waxahachie Family Dentistry. The place is great with my kids. They even looked after my child while the Doctor checked me over. I dont think I ever had a better experience taking my kids to any dentist. However, the Doctor that did my checkup was only in his mid 20s and that made me apprehensive. To my surprise he fixed my issue caused by the previous dentist within 15 minutes, and found a way to do it with nothing out of pocket. I am still in a state of disbelief. Im not sure what they are teaching these new dentists in school but this is by far the best dentist I have seen. There should be no reason why an older more experienced dentist should have his work corrected by a youngster. To say the least I got lucky finding this place, and I plan to return indefinitely.

Everyone should be taking lessons from Waxahachie Family Dentistry! They only seem to hire the most loving and beautiful people. They all have exceeded our expectations. The entire atmosphere is relaxed and professional. You can tell they are a "family" and the minute you step inside they embrace you as "family", too. Dr. Hawkins is truly one of a kind. Her compassion and expertise is remarkable. Most advanced level of care and procedures. She is such a beautiful and talented woman. We just lover her so much! Shout out to Dr. Hawkins and Brenda, as well as, Rebecca, Valarie, Lee Ann, Cindy and Ana Karen who has helped our family of 5. Im positive the rest of the office ("family")is equally as charming and excellent. Good job Waxahachie Family Dentistry, yall are doing EVERYTHING right!!! A+

Recently, I became a customer of Waxahachie Family Dentistry and a client of Dr.Clinton and his staff. My condition required extensive surgery and multiple follow-up visits. I was very apprehensive and embarrassed, but my fears were quickly put to rest following my initial consultation with these wonderful people. The name " Waxahachie Family Dentistry " is a perfect match to the people who work for this organization! I actually started looking forward to going to the Dentist office( can you believe it!). I felt part of their family because of the dignity,compassion and love I was given by each and everyone there. Blessings & Love to you all! Keep up the great work.

My experience at Waxahachie Family Dentistry was higher than exceptional; from the moment of walking into the office until leaving, services were above and beyond by all. Since I was 18 and had a very bad experience in a dentist office this has been the krypton to my overall well being/not taking care of my teeth and gums. Dr. Clinton and Waxahachie Family Dentistry has changed that 40 years later. If you have any concerns, fears, hesitations to seeing oral healthcare please give this office a chance to help you be at your best. They are me. At 60, I am finally looking forward to oral health and hopefully a smile I can be proud of.

This place is wounderful! I cant say enough about it. I have moved all over the US and have never had a dentist that cares for me like Wax family dentist. The office staff is wounderful and the quality of care is outstanding. Not to mention the new office is very nice. They have tvs in all the rooms your seen in and massage chairs too. They have the best treatment too. I was able to have all my crown prep and work done all in one day and didnt have to take extra days off of work. Which normally can take weeks. Dr. Clinton and his staff are incredible! They go way beyond the meaning of customer service. Its obvious that they truly care about their patients and go out of their way to show it every time that patient walks through their door. My dental problems are unusual, to say the least, but Dr. Clinton has been patient, technologically outstanding, and always lets me know that he cares about resolving my issues; he does always resolve them. I wholeheartedly recommend Waxahachie Family Dentistry and wouldnt go to any other dentist.

The office staff was always very courteous and attentive. Dr. Haney is very qualified and also very caring in seeing that you are comfortable at all times and taking time for you to rest as needed. I came in to get my wisdom teeth removed. I was in a ton of pain and from what everyone said I would be in a lot more once they were pulled. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and amazingly once the teeth were pulled I had ZERO down time. Since them I have sent multiple people for their wisdom teeth and the same thing has happened with all of them, including those who had all four pulled. Zero downtime. Never going anywhere else again.

Just moved to Waxahachie and needed a wisdom tooth extraction. Ive had a lot of dental work over the years so my anxiety factor was already very high. The procedure was absolutely painless. From the prep injections to the actual extraction I felt zero pain. Honestly, I would travel hours to get this kind of care going forward, and its right here in my own backyard. Brilliant! And kudos to Brenda, Dr. Hawkins assistant for a job well done.
