Let me just say the Dr and her medical staff do a great job there is no issue there. The problem here is the arrogance of her office manager. First of all dealing with my insurance company is not a favor to me it is your job. Please quit telling me your doing me a favor because youre not. Second I have never had anyone tell me I am free to see someone else if I dont like it. I am not special in any sort of way, but I am a patient/client. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Third the fact the you are married to the Dr (I still dont understand why you found it necessary to tell me that bit of info when I never asked) means absolutely nothing in regards to the situation at hand. That only shows your lack of care to your job or what might happen to your employment because your wife not your boss will back you up, plus it shows your complete lack of professionalism. Once again the medical part of this office does their job 100%. Its the one rotten apple that I guess feels she can do whatever she wants to do.

Everyone in my family is a patient of Dr. Williams. Her office is very new, always up to date with the latest technology, and feels warm and welcoming. Her friendly and personable bedside manner helps with the process, because Ive never really liked having dental work done, so this is a huge plus. Her staff always has the right answers, and are willing to help in any way they can with any administrative situation.
