Dont come here. Not professional, overpriced. Spent money on acne scar treatments 3 years ago ...guess what ?..did not work at all. I have very minor scars more like post acne marks and they said it would help. Not at all. Please Dont waste your time coming into this horrible place. I filed a bbb. They noticed I did that and they promised if I took it off i would be getting the help I needed. Failed myself and bought into it. This is my last year paying for their nonsense fees that did no miracles whatsoever. Do your research look at the ratings and read all reviews. Im not a dermatologist but if you want to start somewhere with your skin look into licorice extract because honestly the serum did wonders for my skin(lightens marks) as compared to their "awesome lasers" btw super fail . See a real dermatologist and not this so called pioneer jerk face that only wants your money.

I had my free consultation 5/5/09, I waited 25 min. before they called me back. They sat me in a room then told me to wait. A man in a suite came in (salesman) told me “you have light skin and eyes so it will be easy, 3 treatments will do it.” He wrote some numbers on a piece of paper $10,500 if I buy 3 it would be $8,500 I told him I was not looking to spend that much. he said I did not have acne all over so they could treat just the spots needed for $4000. I started asking questions about what lasers they would use and he was rude and did not want to answer my questions. If you read all the other bad reviews they are all the same. I wouldn’t waste your time, unless you have an extra $8000.

Very disappointed. drove 20 miles to get there. Walked in with my son for consultation, there is no doctor, you meet with this arrogant, rude man in suite having no knowledge of dermatology nor the services offered, he just said $2500 for laser acne treatment we need 4-6 session, wanted to get rid of us in 30 seconds, no answer for any of our questions, no before after pictures of other patients, no information of types of treatments, zero knowledge of type of treatment will be needed. Who out of their mind will walk in and trust over $10k with unprofessional place like this. Do not waste your time.

I would not recommend anyone to go here. I went in for a consultation for laser hair removal and the man who came in just saw me as a "young person who doesnt know how expensive it is." He was so unprofessional that when I stood up to shake his hand when he came in, he gave me two of his fingers to shake. I am 18 years old and was treated as if I was 5. The man was only interested in talking about how expensive it was - which wasnt an issue for me but he just assumed that I could not afford it. Very unprofessional. So disappointed.

I went here for a consultation about a year ago and the doctor was horrible. (Probably the same one as the review before me.) He sat with me for less than 5 minutes and wanted me to purchase an extremely overpriced package. When I told him that it seemed like more than I needed he told me to "come back when you are more realistic about your results" and walked out of the room. Since then I found an amazing laser center that charges much less and I have gotten much better results with far fewer treatments than they recommended.

Dont know how there still open. I came in for a consultation on acne scars, left upset. They tell you how you will look afterwords and want to charge you 10k. Any procedures done to your face, you must ask questions. The rep here got mad after I asked for before and after pix or to show me the how the machines work, and he got mad enough to call me names. Plz ask questions before spending any money

The desk is helpful and propmt but then the consultant (some tall white dude, with glasses and a weird last name). Walked in looked at me for 5 secnds and started throwing these insane numbers at me, I said "well this is the first I came to, I have to look around a little more" without missing a beat he stood, opened the door and said "ok have a good day" and walked away...

Its not an easy task to put someone at ease while lasering "very sensitive" areas, but she is so warm and graceful that she does just that. She makes sure her clients are ready for the laser and aware of its settings. If youre looking into getting laser hair removal but feel shy or afraid of pain, you will be so happy you have found them.

I absolutely love this place!!! The staff is incredible!!! They are so sweet, and kind. Ive never enjoyed getting hair removed so much lol Do this for yourself ladies and gents! In the end, its much cheaper and less time consuming than waxing.
