Do NOT bother going to this place. My mom had a Saturday morning appointment and when we arrived we found the office to be CLOSED. They completed FAILED to let us know about this. What I don’t understand is, I called to confirmed the appointment few days prior and nothing was mentioned to me. I have absolutely NO RESPECT for such CARELESSNESS. There was a lot of planning on my part to take my mom to this appointment and my drive from LA was a complete waste of time and money. After four days of not a single phone call with an apology, I called to at least hear an explanation and it turns out they just didn’t bother to call us and decided to change the appointment date and time. Why the hell would we ever go back?

I see PA Erin Jensen for my aesthetic services and am very happy with her and the office in general. I first saw Erin on Dr. Lees channel talking about their laser treatments. Even though I need to drive 45 minutes to see Erin, I feel comfortable with her and very happy with the results. Sadly, I have no pimples, cysts or ports of winer to pop. :)

Dr. Lee is a superstar who goes above and beyond for her patients. I was nervous to get the cyroshape procedure done on both of my ears, but she made the experience very comfortable and has even let me text her pictures of my progress throughout my recovery period! She treats you the way a physician should, and I recommend her 100%

Had a Saturday appointment. Show up and the office is closed!!???. What??? I drove 1 hr here and 1 hr to go back home. Stupid. They charge for a Saturday appointment and I had to pay to book my appointment and they just closed with no phone calls letting me know.
