I had an allergic reaction so I came to see Dr. Nguyen. I was helped by his assistant instead. I was prescribed some cream. I moved houses and misplaced my creams so I called to ask for a refill. They said I would have to come in again to get check in order for them to refill the prescription, which is fine. I came in and was helped by his assistant again. I am currently breastfeeding so he wasnt sure if he could prescribe me any oral medicine. He told me to ask my doctor. I asked my doctor and the doctor said it was okay. So I called back asking him to prescribe the oral medicine and the lady on the phone said the physician assistant who was helping me was walking out to go home and she doesnt want to relay the message to the doctor to prescribe me the medicine because she doesnt want any confusions since she wasnt the assistant that helped me. She told me to call back the next day to let the assistant know. So I called back and they said I would have to come in to be seen again in order for him to prescribe it to me when I just recently saw him. I saw him and he couldnt prescribe me the medicine at the time and told me to ask my doctor and I finally got an answer from my doctor and now he wants me to come in again so he can charge me and my insurance again. Wth? Thats not right. Now Im itchy all over and need the medication he wont prescribe even though I already saw him twice for the same problem. Dont come here unless you have money to throw away. Im never coming back to this place again!!

Dont be fooled by the numbers of certificates he put up on the walls (he put up even small little things). Anyway, I recently had a blister outbreak on my right foot (about 5 of them at a time) and I know they are blisters since Ive had them before. (Played badminton the night before it happened with a somewhat new shoe) Though, this time, they hurt and appeared in numerous amount, so I went to see him ($85 for first visit). I had my foot wrapped nicely in a First Aid wrap by the way. It was a big clinic, with him as the only doctor (he was very busy), so he saw me for like 5 minutes. He insisted that my blisters are insect bites! "You dont need to wrap it this badly," he said. Guess what? He QUICKLY stick 5 bandages (one for each) onto my foot. Since my blisters are located close to one another, he had one of the bandages flap stick to my opened-skin blister!!! OUCH! I told him 3 times before he noticed, apologized, and lowered the bandage. After that, he left. The assistant came in and gave me a bag of Vanos (fluocinonide) ointments (like 20 of them). They are all samples. Along with that, 4 sample bottles of Adoxa 150mg. Well, my point is, this guy doesnt care about you. As you can see, he is careless, and narrow-minded.

They have the worst professionalism. I came in for a mole removal, once they put me in the office, the nurse left and started to talk horrible things about me to laugh about with her coworkers. It costs about 200 dollars for this minor removal, but they want to try and get as much capitol as possible trying to trick me in an appointment for 400 deductible. Then they wanted to send the mole to the lab to see what it obviously is to make me dish out even MORE money for them.

I had rough, itchy skin especially on my face for years. I have tried tons of lotions and creams and they do not work. But once I came here to Dr Tiens office, my face was looking soo much better. I really thank him for the professionalism he had and his hard work. I have finally got my dream face. He even give me coupons to buy his creams and lotions. Hes so nice and I recommend anybody with dermatology problems to go to Dr Tien. They will love it :)

Surgery to remove cancer is of course never plleasant, Doctor Nguyn"s experience and expertise gives him the ability to preforma surgical procedure with quick efficiency.
