Worst medical experiments of my life. Discrimination against ADHD. I asked if I told them if I could switch to them because I took Medication for ADHD, and they said yes. Then when I showed up for my appointment that the physician would not dispense my medication. They said, I knew that the doctor did not dispense stimulants to adults. How would I know that if they never told me? Why would I switch to a doctor who wouldnt prescribe my medication? I asked how since I have got this medication do I get it now? They said they didnt know, but I wasnt going to get it from that physician. I have Blue Choice Insurance, I should be able to see someone. I asked if I could see someone else they said that if one physician refused to see me, I couldnt be seen by any physician at Mercy Clinics.

TERRIBLE. Instead of calling there patients to tell them there good or bad news you have to wait a week or two to find out in the mail if your alright or not. Its been 3 weeks since Ive visited and Ive also yet to receive a bill after getting a hold of them twice. This place DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE.

The reception staff is almost always rude. Next to impossible to get appointments. Dr. Schuster is not compassionate to those in need. When trying to get a refill on a prescription that was not expired, he refused to fill it unless I came in, but the next appointment wasnt for two days. Not helpful.

This practice decides to schedule your appointments for you, then calls you four times in one day to tell you that "hey, remember that CT scan? Yeah, its at 5pm tonight." That is extremely inconvenient and frankly unprofessional. Find someplace else.

Dr Minyon is AWESOME!! Family Dr. Cares about what you need and is very thorough. Front desk staff.....Well the reviews are correct. Rude not conveying the Drs wishes and mixed signals depending on who you talk to.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I thought it was fine. From reception to nurses to the doctor (Heithoff) Ive been here several times and never has any issues.

This practice did not treat my shattered humerus in a timely and compassionate manner, I suffered terribly due to their indifference and incompetence.
