This is a good doctor however his STAFF is incredibly rude. My mother was parked in the parking lot having car trouble and needed someone to pick her up to get another key so that she could return to pick up her vehicle AFTER shed had a visit with the doctor. While she was outside in the RAIN, the staff looks out the window at her and never once offered to help or see if there was anything they could do. So my mother in pain gets the ride she called and a member of the staff calls her and tells her that they close at 5pm so if she leaves her car, they were going to have it towed. Of course my mother goes back in and shares whats on her mind about how rude and inconsiderate that was to treat a PAYING customer as if they were a random person on the street. The staff needs to be trained about their etiquette with customers. That was ridiculous to me.

Dr Padgett is an excellent physician. He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the latest treatment protocols. I trust his opinion without any reservation whatsoever. I have read several of the 1star ratings and I am convinced that is a reflection of the patient, not of Dr Padgett. I highly recommend Dr Padgett.

I give him one star only because I cant give zero... terrible hours and is unwilling to do anything for his patients unless they physically come in and pay him... money hungry and heartless... do yourself a favor and find a different doctor...
