Becoming Love

At first, I gave them 5 stars. But now, I am only giving them 2 stars; & that is only because I respect Dr. Naqvi. . . The last 2 times I went, I was most definitely NOT impressed! The time before last, we was there for over 2 hours! They kept taking walkins before us! And then this time, my husband makes an appointment. He gets there ontime. His appointment was supposed to be just bloodwork. But when he gets there, they say that he has to see the Dr. So, he waits. & waits. & waits. And he asked the lady how much longer it was going to be, because he had already waited 45min past his appointment time! The lady comes back 15min later, & tells him it will be another 30min-ish!!! Seriously!!! First, they should have called to let him know ahead of time that he had to also see the Dr. Then, they should have told him how told him how long it was going to be, instead of haVing him sit in the waiting room for an hour! He had to take off work early for that appointment! And then come to find out, when he gets there, he finds out that he didnt need to take off work early, because they were running so far behind! Then, even though he had an appointment, they kept on sending other people with later appointments in before him! They also took walkins before him also! I noticed that every single person they had skip in front of him, was African american. I guess he was the wrong skin color! That is sure the feeling we got! The staff here is most definitely NOT on their A-game! To be honest, I am pretty fed up with this Dr office! At first, I loved it; but now, not so much! They have been very rude, careless, & unprofessional lately! Dr Naqvi is great. But the nurses/staff? Not so much. . . . My husband left & never got to see the Dr. He has better things to do than sit in a waiting room all day, because they cant keep their appointments! Especially not when they keep letting all kinds of people skip ahead of him! Very very disappointed!

Dr. nAqvi is the best doc Ive encountered I am so happy I found this location & Im looking forward to getting healthy!

Dr Lydia Lewis is the best up there she was my doctor with my first and will be with my next.
