Their front desk staff particularly the same scheduling personal and their after hours staff need to work on customer service skills and scheduling patients on dates when the office is closed I had to make a 45min commute for nothing its very upsetting. Staff needs better training. Dr Talbot is awesome its her staff

Dr. Talbot has her own children and knows how to talk with kids about their ailments. She also works well with children with special needs and even volunteers yearly to provide free physicals for our local students participating in Special Olympics.

We are overly pleased with Dr. Talbot and her staff. Everyone is very professional and always pleasant. You dont find great customer service anymore, but we strike gold everytime we go into this office.
