Although I had never been to this office before, I walked to the receptionist indicating I was having chest discomfort. Without hesitation, the concerned staff put me in a wheel chair and rolled me to the back of the office to hookup an ECG, explaining I may be having a heart attack. They gave me aspirin and nitroglycerin and called for an ambulance to transfer me to a hospital. They were very professional and by the next day I understood they had saved my life. Need 10 stars for me. I also appreciated the other patients in the waiting room being supportive, despite my jumping to the front of their line!!

This is one place I would not ever come back to. I like to give everyone a chance. The front desk help is not so much rude as they are not understanding. This is a mental health clinic and they treat people like inmates. We come in willing to see a Dr. that we are to trust. So, we look past the front desk help to try to get help from the Dr. I use that term loosely because other than writing prescriptions and not listening they are pretty much useless. If all you want is to get drugs and not talk this is your place. I want to work through my problems not mask them with drugs.

I love Dr. Higgins, he even stays open late for his patients so I dont have to leave early. I can usually see him the same day I call. He is very compassionate, and talks to you about all your problems. He is a doctor that really cares!

I. Strongly disagree with the other posters. I dont know what doctor they are going to, but it obviously isnt here. Dr. Higgins is the kindest, sweetes, and best doctor I have ever gone to. These people must be off their rockers!!!!

Not very pleased with the service from the staff. The wait to see the Dr. is always extremely long.
