Dr. Butler is a super nice lady. She always takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns. The problem is that she basis each childs development on a chart, if they dont fit the chart perfectly, she thinks there is a problem. Talk about a way to freak new parents out! We were sent to specialists to find out there is absolutely NOTHING wrong at all, the specialists could not believe we were sent to them. After speaking with other parents who use this doctor as well, they all had the same experience we did. Her intentions are good, she is just overly cautious (to the point of freaking out over every small thing). Dont be afraid to get second opinions when using this doctor!

Office staff is so rude! No personality, no smiles, no nothing! I called after I left to ask a quick question and the girl up front literally answered the question with a attitude then slammed and hung the phone up on me! Im sorry but in America, we say "Good bye" or "Have a nice day!" when we are finished with a conversation. You work with kids! Shouldnt the staff have some type of bubbly personality? So crazy to think that they would even hire people like that. Also, the Dr. was horrible...no help at all....and she put something in my mind that I will constantly be worried about when I shouldnt be...yeah, thanks Doc! Needless to say, we will NEVER go here again. So disappointing!

Words cannot explain how wonderful Dr. Butler and her staff (Gus, Casey and the rest!) are at Lantana Pediatrics. We have been coming since she first opened and my daughter is now 20 and is worried that Dr. Butler is going to boot her out! She comes to see her whenever she is home from college. And they have been so helpful with college requirements for my son. The go above and beyond and really, really care.

Dr. Butler and Melanie the nurse practitioner are wonderful!! This is the only place where I dont mind seeing the nurse practitioner, she is just fabulous! They are all sweet as can be to my daughter, including the office staff. We love this place and will continue to come here for years to come.
