Horrible doesnt even compare.Dolores is literally no help and rude! My child went for a sick visit in January and the dr charged my insurance for a well visit and sick visit at no time did I request a wellness visit nor was I notified in any way that one was being done. I did a questioner but I figured it was just a procedure since Im not a dr or nurse per Dolores" I shouldve know". I recently changed dr and took my kids to get a physical and the insurance didnt cover the wellness because dr carrizales office charged it. I had to final a formal complaint with my insurance to get something done. Also they stated they did a hearing and vision screen but did not file a claim to my insurance for it because its FREE since when is anything at a pediatric office is anything. My new dr filled it and paid that portion. So did dr carrizales do half a physical??? I was there no physical was done but they cant accept they made a mistake. Why would I take my daughter for a double physical ???? So unprofessional & inconsiderate staff.

We have seen Dr. Carrizales for almost 14 years. She was the first doctor in the NICU at Arlington Memorial to meet with us about my special needs son. She has been there for him all this time, any medical need he has she has been able to take care of us or get a referral to the proper specialist. I would recommend her for any special needs parents in the Arlington area.

Terrible front desk service. Weve seen the actual Doctor once in three years. They can never pronounce my sons name or remember who we are. No separation in sick and healthy children during wait time. No respect or consideration for theyre clients.

About to get a new doctor, shes nice but honestly is always in a hurry and never really answers my questions. The front desk sucks they never call back when they say so. There not open on Fridays WHY? its crazy
