Unprofessional. Uncaring. Late. Lazy. Will never go again as well as telling friends, reviews and my corporate office I work at about the company itself. This was my first appointment for both of my children, I arrived early and filled out the paperwork and waited for our turn in line. We were taken on time but waited for more than an hour for the doctor. I even went out and personally asked her how much longer and was told five minutes.. little did I know they saw another sick patient that had arrived much later than I had. I read these reviews online and discovered malpractice.. how this company is still running without being sued or shut down is beyond me. Eventually, frustration for me and my children whom had been waiting in a small contained room for more than an hour I grabbed my bag and left.. sure enough she starts heading to my door and I tell her im leaving, " I was just about to come in", is the response I get. I give her my piece of mind and leave the building.. I hope she takes her " fifteen minute break" from not seeing us to really consider how she treats patients, her profession and over all her life. Also I might mention my son WAS sick but when I had brought him since the appointment ( which was drawn out as far as possible for two VERY sick children due to their ridiculous bookings) I had asked for a well child visit.. I was told no I would have to schedule that because it takes time.. hmmm.. maybe if I hadnt been waiting an hour that " Time" they couldnt dedicate too could have been completed into a well child visit. Yeah. No Thanks. My advice? Leave before you wait an hour, miss hours from work and waste your time with someone that only cares about money. Find someone that actually cares for your children as much as you do. ALSO may I suggest you look at the two other websites dedicated towards her reviews before you DO go check her out for yourself. She has MULTIPLE cases of malpractice!

Its really sad that doctors are more worried about making money then helping their clinets. Be careful with this office. I just received a bill from over a year ago when my son came in for his routine immunizations and check up. During the check up the doctor noticed a bump on his leg from a bug bite. She asked what happened, I explained it was a bug bite and she stated it looks fine. Nothing else was done. Hes fine but now Im reviewing the EOB from that visit and they charged over $200 for noticing a bug bite during the routine check up. Its concerning because we want to ask questions during the check ups (thats the point of the check up) however the way this office handles it, is if anything is mentioned, weather doctor brings it up or client, automatically extra charge. Its not enough that the insurance company will pay for the check ups, the office wants to fine other things to bill for also. Very shady........finding loop holes and taking advantage of clients and the insurance companies. I would rather have my kids see a doctor that is sincerely concerned with their well being and not make check list and trying to add to the bill.

It was the first time I brought my daughter here and already she gave her about four prescriptions just cuz she thought my daughter needed them, when we came back for a re checkup on how she was doing with the medicine she said to keep taking it, when her dad & me also including school nurse dint see the reason for her to take it when she was just fine. Coming to find out that she was billing my insurance for stuff that she dint do! I dont know about the other parents but I dont want to take my daughter to be treated like some kind of guinea pig to experiment different kind of medicines just cuz the doc dont know whats wrong!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS DOCTOR SHE HAVE BEEN TAKING CARE OF MY THREE CHILDREN FOR ABOUT 12 YEARS AND WILL UNTIL THEY ARE ALL 18 YEARS OF AGE. LOVE THE STAFF WHICH SOME HAVE BEEN WITH HER FOR JUST AS LONG, AND ANYTHING THAT I NEED THEY GET THE JOB DONE. RATHER IT WAS TO GIVE A LAB RESULT, A CALL BACK AFTER HOURS, AND/OR ANY REFERRAL I NEEDED I GOT IT. THANKS FOR BEING THE BEST PEDIATRIC DOCTOR TO MY THREE... AND WILL REFER HER TO ANYBODY!!!

Over all pretty pleased with the care my son gets here. Only complaint I have is being told what to feed my son. For example telling a 8 year old he cant have fried foods and cookies is crazy to me and no he isnt overweight

Dr. Kali has been my kids pediatrician ober ten years, love this lady she is real attentive really cares and do not play about my kids!!! Very nice staff its very family oriented i recommend this place 10 stars
