The worst vet I have ever been too!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took my cat here and he did not one thing to help my cat. He asked me ZERO questions about my cat and patronized me for persistently calling and trying to get me cat better. I got so annoyed and unhappy with their "doctor" that I took my cat somewhere else, only a 15 minute drive directly after picking my cat up from William Penn, and he had a fever of 105. The blood work I got from William Penn was forged and wasnt my cats, when I asked for the medical write up at first he tried to tell me he gave it to the new vet (a three minute phone call) and when I wasnt happy with that answer he told me he would have to write one up. I waited outside because he tried to ask me questions then about my cat, when he was done the fine character doctor came up to my car handed my the papers and immediately turned around and got in his car and left. He told me I needed to have a MRI done, weird when they dont have an MRI machine there either and also came up with some make believe medical term on why my cat had a fever, since animals dont just get fevers for no reason randomly.

I have been seeing Dr. B for a while and this is by far the only vet and clinic I trust. - first, prices are so low and basically the same I use to pay down south in Georgia (where it is very cheap). - second, Dr. B genuily loves animals and takes very good care of my mix breed. He always checks her out completely and tell me if anything is wrong or good. - third, Dr. B will not impose anything or force any unnecessary charges. For instance, when my dog had an ear infection (and she has cronic ear infections) i would always pay a lot of money and the products would take forever to work. Dr. B prescribed me three products (one cleaner, antibiotics and a solution for her ear). After two days, infection gone and I still have a lot of the products left (in case it happens again). And it was cheap! I cant recommend William Pet Veterinary enough as well as their wonderful staff! I will keep on driving 1hr30 from Jersey to visit them for everyone of my pet needs.

Baby Forever

Dr.Brahim Bouzaout was WONDERFUL! I had an emergency with my dog having hives and allergic reaction to something out side he took my beautiful Pitbull in with no hesitation. Also asked if I needed a ride to the hospital because my husband was at work he didnt have to but its the point he even offered & also lowered the bill for me an this was are first time even going there!! I swear I cried the whole way home. Blessed! I am a on going customer with alpha vet nj with the situation I ran into tonight an how warm an welcoming this dr was to me an my dog Ill be switching vets with out any hesitation. Thank you So so very much for all your help an we will be seeing you soon.

Do not go here!! Dr. Bouzaout is a money hungry scammer that does absolutely nothing to help your pet. I brought my dog there last week for a examination because she was throwing up alot and feeling down. Dr. Bouzaout told me he had no idea what it could be and that he would have to run a blood test - $100, x ray - $125, and ultrasound $400. I was completely in shock after hearing this ridiculous answer. Very unprofessional and uneducated of him. Do not go here unless you want to waste your money. Turns out my dog just ate a strawberries that made her very sick but all had to was give her laxitives. I wouldnt be suprised if Dr. Bouzaout isnt even a real doctor.

Dr. B and the whole staff are amazing individuals that take awesome care of all our girls, 2 doggies and 2 guinea pigs. Their dedication to ensure the pets, as well as the pet-parents are all taken care of is exceptional. Wait times with an appointment is usually minimal, and when calling in with an emergency, theyve always made sure to see us sooner rather than later. I recommend this practice to every pet owner I know, and would strongly recommend it to anybody looking for great, professional and affordable care for their pets. Dr. B also speaks Spanish. We were directed to Dr. B by a friend and we are so glad we took her advice. What a wonderful experience! From the moment of meeting Dr. B we felt comfortable. Dr. B had my heart when he took my cat out of my arms and said we dont need the carrier. We had to leave him at the office for the day. When we came back for him, Dr. B carried him out to us. My cat was so calm and relaxed. He didnt even meow on the ride home. Dr. B is wonderful. He truly cares about our pets, who are really our family. Thank you Dr. B for taking care of Baby!

I can safely say now that thanks to the devotion and care of William Penn Vet Hospital our dog Zooey is alive today. What could have easily been overlooked as a stomach ache was conclusively diagnosed as a intestinal block and quickly operated on. What turned out to be a 24 hour stay with ongoing tests culminating in an exploratory surgery, I was really shocked by how reasonable the final bill was. I will definitely be back for all regular dog/cat checkups. PS- Throw away all your chewy squeaky toys!!!

Terrible Veterinary. All they do is run tests that are extremely expensive with out giving a result on what the problem is. The Vet seems to be more intrested in the money than in finding a solution to help the animals. He even suggested to kill my dog after giving up to find a solution and wanted to charge $400 for it! Extremely uneducated and poor service. My dog did better with doing some home remedies i found online. Dont waste your time in going to this below average veterinary.

Told by a friend that the staff at this vet cared for a white Alaskan malamute who was rescued along with another dog of the same bread, both are blind from Camden N.j. Unfortunately the flies attacked this dogs ears. The staff seen this dog, took it in and cared for it free of charge. So for the statement of money hunger I tend to disagree. Want to say thanks to those kind hearts who did such a kind gesture. May you be blessed.

After running around to other animal hospitals, we finally a veterinarian who would take our sick hamster (considered an exotic pet) on a Saturday afternoon. We called ahead and they were waiting for us to take her in immediately. Dr. Bouzaout and the rest of the staff were so friendly and efficient. They also told us that if we had another emergency, we could call their office 24 hours. I highly recommend their office.

We had a great experience at William Penn Vet Hospital. We found out about them through a friend who took his dog to get neutered through the Friends of Animals program. The staff is so friendly and accommodated our schedules perfectly. They took care of everything for Bentley. It was such a stress free experience. Many thanks to the staff!
