I wish I could have followed BOTH chiropractors from Minnesota where they first practiced to where they are today. I cannot find a chiropractor who actually "CARES" about a patient as much as both these chiros care! My HUSBAND constantly asks me when they will return to MN as he does not TRUST any chiropractor in MN. I also worked as a massage therapist under both of these chiropractors. THEY were the only ones that I ever worked with that cared about clients and growing a business the personal way of creating BONDS instead of just wanting MONEY. I heard a saying once about the BEST chiropractor is not driving a fancy car worrying about money but is actually making a difference with peoples lives by way of adjustments and creating bonds with their clients. YOU do not get on the table for a few minutes like in the below terrible comment. You get on the table and you are examined by not only the mood your coming in but also how you are walking in and what you feel like by what your words express. I can imagine that they take plenty of time with each and every patient like they did with my family and my massage clients. I sent many of my massage clients to these chiropractors because I trusted and believed in their practice. I can imagine that every client that is in their care is well cared for and is educated during every visit. THE chiropractor is the only one who actually listens to what is wrong and fixes the problem. THEY do not hide the problem with medication. If I could afford to FLY to CO every other week for an adjustment by either of these chiros I would. I also brought my first born child very very young to get adjusted and she was never sick! Magical! I do daycare and let me tell you EVERYONE needs to get seen not only adults because not only does it make a physical change in improving your body but the metal change of positivity is more than words. I highly highly appreciate these chiropractors as I have had them both adjust my daughter, husband and mother. EVERYONE that I talk to in MN still talks about these chiropractors and we all agree if you ever are in MN please adjust us. NOW stretching and vitamins I have learned so much about why we need certain vitamins and how to help certain functions with vitamins. I learned something about stretching and vitamins every visit. They are very educated and truly care about your health and NEVER do they care or focus on HOW MUCH THEY ARE MAKING OR BILLING. It is so hard for me to read that comment because it was just so false. I dislike when people want everything FREE. If a doctor is so unsure of themself that the FIRST treatment is free I would not be going to that chiropractic visit. I do not trust that Dr. Mandi would ever bill incorrectly as she is very educated in Office Management and Billing. I know her experience with both as I watched it on a daily basis. If anything she was the BEST office manager I have ever known. Both chiropractors had every single worker excited to volunteer for the office and they always had something new to teach us. I strongly suggest that you see these chiropractors because they helped me to understand so many things about Chiropractics from stretching to eating correctly. I am a reference, a past independant contractor with an Associates in Applied Science who worked with over 15 chiropractors in 3-4 years of Massage Therapy with several chiropractic clinics. I have never been treated with respect as a Massage Therapist but also as a client seeking treatment. It felt like HOME when I was working with these chiropractors and honestly since they left I have NOT practiced in MN. :) I am NOW a Stay at home Licensed Daycare Provider. My daycare is the ONLY daycare in our area that has organic foods and great exercises in place. We are active and healthy and I can thank these wonderful chiropractors~!

This is my first time ever writing a google review. I am usually a really easy going customer/patient but I was so dissapointed with my experience at this chiropractor that I had to share my experience. Dr. Steve and the front desk receptionist verified that my initial exam and treatment would be free of charge (they confirmed before and after my appt)...sure enough I had a zero balance after the first session and paid $38 for every session afterwards. However, as soon as I stopped going in for treatments (reason: my orthopedic surgeon said he did not want me going anymore because his adjusments were too much for my hip injury) they told a family member that they were going to call my surgeon to insist on further treatments (without my permission) and they also sent me a bill for the initial treatment which they had guaranteed was free. I called Dr. Mandy to explain that was my first free visit and she insisted that I pay the bill. Not only are they deceitful when you stop going but the sessions are no more than 3 minutes long ($38 per session)...you get one or two quick pops and no massaging or extra care. Thankfully, my friend referred me to a great Chiropractor up off Briargate Parkway who gives you a great massage along with the adjustment, charges less,offers a truly free first adjusment and my surgeon is fine with his treatments.

I had never been to a chiropractor before, but when I couldnt move my head to the right and had excruciating pain from my neck down my right arm, my friends suggested that I try a chiropractor. Rock Solid came highly recommended. I was able to get an appt the very next day! Dr. Mandi took the time to check out the source of my pain and explained in depth my treatment, what to expect, how long it would take and most importantly that the pain would go away with treatment. After my first treatment I could feel it working and it continued to improve after the following treatments. She also explained to me exercises I could do at home to stretch my neck and help with the recovery. I am now on a maintenance treatment plan and have not had any issues! I am so thankful to Dr. Mandi for making me pain free and helping me to keep my body in alignment. All the staff are very friendly and there to answer any questions you have. I highly recommend Dr. Mandi and Rock Solid Chiropractor!

I have struggled with back pain for years. I am not old (39) and just thought it was something I had to endure. One day my back locked up on me and all i could do was lay on my side. I could not walk, stand, sit, NOTHING! I then decided to go to Rock Solid to see if they could help me. I immediately felt better after my first few adjustments. I continue to go and I no longer have the pains I use to while sitting for work. I sleep so much better, and just feel better over all. All the people here are friendly, knowledgeable, and nonjudgmental. I appreciate going to a doctor and them not judging myself or others after they have left. They are fun to talk to and seem to want to get to know you as a person. I pay attention to the small things because I dont like going to the doctor at all, and they way they treat myself and others is better than any other doctor or wellness center i have been to.
