There is deff. No sense of urgency here! My 4 year old had a possible broken ankle it took 3 HOURS & finally she gets xrays they dont find a break and tell me to go to the hospital. The doctor said the thing im worried about is her foot is swollen.. he told me they will need to tap into her ankle remove fluid and test it. So I go to the hospital only to wait another 3 hours.. They told me that Dr at urgent care was a quack.. The dr. said we NEVER tap into kids ankles and would never even do that to an adult either. They looked at her foot said she sprained it bad and wrapped. seriously!? Had me so worried thinking their gonna take fluid out of it... and it was just a sprain. I should have went to ER from the beginning because it was the same amount of wait time. Never again! Dont get me started on hearing the cooky old man sing cat scratch fever.. and hotel California.. smh lol & this honestly isnt the only time they have messed up my husband went there a couple months back and they diagnosed him with gastronistis but said it wasnt contagious... My ass! Me and my daughters both got it! Never again going here!

I like most people have to go to urgent care time and again when my regular doctor is unavailable. I have been to this urgent care many times in the past, and at the beginning had great experiences with the male Dr. However, in recent visits have had to deal with a female P.A. First her appearence is less than professional--haggard and "well worn". Then there is her "i gotta go" assessment of whatever is wrong. She never takes the time to fully speak to you or find out whats wrong. I will never go to this Urgent Care again and will tell my surrounding neighbors to do the same. This P.A.s lack of professionalism, judgeing patients on whether or not their medical issue deserves seeing a health care professional and her complete lack of bedside manner is enough to make me a non believer in this "operation". Do yourself and your family a favor and dont go to this location.

Dont let their name fool you, there is no sense of urgency. I was unfortunately very disappointed with this business. Having recently moved to the area, I was in need of medical attention to an injury. I have been to urgent care centers before and always walk away pleasantly surprised with their service. This time I walked away quite upset. I waited 15 minutes for an x-ray, 30-45 minutes for the doctor to tend to my issue, and 45 minutes later we finally asked why the doctor didnt come back. Apparently we were just "forgot" about. Additionally, the walls are very thin and have the unpleasant experience of listening to the family next door. I am sure they could hear us as well. I was highly disappointed and will never return. I hope they improve on customer service, because word-of-mouth can be incredibly detrimental.

Ok, this business deserves my thanks. I called and made an appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early and filled out the papers, they took me in to a Treatment Room at the exact time I was scheduled. Wow, Thanks. Then a kind and thoughtful nurse took my vitals and found out what my problem was. After he left, the Physician promptly entered the room, Wow, Thanks. Again a kind and thoughtful person with a brain and energy. I would not go any other place for my urgent care. I went to fill my prescription but had to leave as there was a TWO HOUR WAIT AT THE PHARMACY. Not their fault, so I want to say thanks to the professionals at NextCare 535 E McKellips, Mesa. I will see you again. THANKS

I would refer this urgent care to everyone. It is great compared to many others that Ive been too! The Physician has a great personality and was very pleasant. I felt like he was able to identify my needs, instead of just asking me what was wrong then prescribe the same meds I took the last time I had to go to urgent care. You could tell he wasnt just "practicing medicine", he brings experience to the table along with a heart for his work and patients, which is rare in this field now-a-days. Ive been there several times for each of my 5 children, my husband and myself. I would highly recommend to anyone and everone!!!

The offices were very clean and I was taken back right away but I sat in the room for about a half an hour to 45 mins before being seen. The doctor came in and she seemed very rushed and did not listen to everything i had to say. She never asked me medical history, what I am allergic to, or any general important questions. After an x ray showed there was nothing wrong they just said I had a virus and did not research more into what was wrong. I felt like the doctor did not really care about me and just cared about getting through as many patients as possible. I will NEVER go there again!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

Why have a web check in if it doesnt work?I have tried checking in with a sick infant three different occasions and never once got a call back.When I called to find out why Darryll gave me some lame excuse about the computers.This would be the same excuse the girl before gave me.The point to check in is to not have to wait and to not expose a sick infant. If you cant really check in this way then dont advertise it!!!When you dont know the answer to something take the time to ask and find out , its called customer service and this place lacks that very much.

I sat in the office for an hour. Two people who came in after and had never been here before so they had to fill out new patient paper work (unlike me) insurance cards and paperwork were processed and got in before mine. I came in because Im pregnant and I was concerned I had a scorpion bite. I sat through terrible morning sickness and pain waiting for my turn and the guy at the counter didnt get to me until after I reminded him that those two patients had come in after me and I had never received my insurance card back. Now Im going to be late for work.

Closest to my house, doesnt matter if you walk in, online check in, call center ect. You will wait and wait and WAIT! Then when you get called you sit in these hot very small rooms that need to be renovated already! This is by far the worst Nextcare Urgent Care Ive been to. Ive had much better experience with the ones in Scottsdale and chandler/Gilbert. So far as I type theyre 9 check ins Im number 2 but still weve all been waiting over 45 min. Makes you think what are these people doing?! I may be leaving any second now. Smh

Came in on a Thursday. Had food poisoning for four days. Didnt notice the dr note was not written the way my work wants them done, so I called the number, they said they could redo the note, I go in and the girl takes the note on the back and I hear laughing and she comes back and tells me no, you deal with your work. ---edited-- spoke with someone in charge and the note was updated. I dont recommend this location because of the staff in front, but I recommend the other locations
