I dont usually leave reviews, but I felt like other families, especially military families, should be aware. I called to schedule an appointment in February for my daughter to have her teeth cleaned and asked the receptionist if they took Tricare. She said yes, but she failed to mention that their office is not "in network." We have been in the military for 7 years and Ive never had a dentist NOT tell me they werent "in network." What I thought would be a $0 fee for cleaning became $68. I was a little put off, but I paid the $68 and then switched my daughter to a dentist that was in Tricares network. But then 2 months later, this dental office called to tell me that I owed them another $67 for X-rays they took that werent covered by insurance. The woman on the phone explained that they couldnt do the "typical" x-rays because my daughters mouth was too small, and the special ones they had to do werent covered by insurance. I was right next to my daughter when she had her X-rays and no one asked me if I was okay with her having "special" X-rays and that it might not be covered by insurance. When I questioned the person who called me, she said they didnt know it wouldnt be covered. That may be so, but I didnt give my consent for my daughter to have any other X-rays done other than what would typically be covered by our insurance. Now I have a second bill for $67, bringing my total to $135 for a visit that should have been $0. Just a heads up to any other military families that plan to visit this office.

This Dentil Clinic is just two fantastic to even think of going anywhere else. The most profession group I have ever had to serve my needs. Plus, they are all woman. Professional woman at the top of their field. Top notch group. Why did I mention "woman"? Because I feel it is unique to have this level of professional skills amount a woman only business. I have never seen a "mens" only business plus with this level of skill.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to! The office has such a warm and friendly atmosphere and they always get me in right at my appointed time. I didnt want to leave I was so engrossed in the movie I was watching after Dr. Winans had pain-lessly completed my dental procedure. They are punctual, professional, gentle and provide a fantastic patient experience.
