This is my daughters name on here and my name is Chris. I would first like to say the negative reviews probably have more to the story than stated. I have been to many dentist around the world and have had only one other dentist besides Dr. Lee and staff that I have been comfortable with for my dental work. The staff and Dr. Lee are all professionals and worked with me and my work related billing to come up with a plan to get me back to normal and comfortable in a timely manner. During my visit they made sure I didnt feel anything and kept me informed to what was going on during the whole process. I would recommend his practice to anyone that has fear of having dental work done without the worry and pain free. Dr. Lee now has a new family added to his family of patients and Im thankful after the bad experiences Ive had with other dentists in the area. He really cares about his patients and even follows up after hours to make sure you are doing good and in no pain. 5 Star dentist without hesitation!

My last Dentist made a mess with my bottom teeth. Dr. Lee and his staff gave me an exam, explained what he thought was the best option and we decided that implants were the best option. Dr. Lee explained the procedures and once they were installed and healed, he had me return and inserted the bottom plate in my mouth. I was immediately impressed with Dr. Lees concern, his attitude and the results of his work. He is a great Dentist and his office and backroom staff are the best of any I have ever found. They were very concerned for my comfort and my ability to use the new teeth. These were finished just before Thanksgiving last year and for the first time in a very long time, I got to eat my Turkey for Thanksgiving! I am very satisfied with the implants and very happy I met and used the services of Spanaway Family Dentistry and Dr. Lee and his staff! They are the very best around this area and I highly recommend them to my family and friends!

First off Id like to say they saved the day. I had first gone to a different dentist on meridian in Puyallup to start a root canal and half way through it they closed it back up and referred me to a specialist ( which would have cost a lot more also) cause it was too complicated. in pain and stressed out he still tries to charge me and asks me to give him my pain meds that I already paid and picked up the day before lol I came in 2/2015 within an hour of calling them and they where happy to do the work, with no specialist required. The work was done with little discomfort They also have a five year warranty on that tooth. Something the other place also did not offer. I was impressed with there office the moment I walked in very nice inside comfortable office with new equipment,and play area for kids etc. I would recommend to anyone and will defiantly be going back ^-^

I LOVE this place and I do not like going to the dentist! I had put off getting some fillings for quite a while due to being worried about the pain & recovery. I finally went in and got them done expecting to be hurting for a while after, but NO!...I was fine! I could not believe I had all that done and felt fine! I needed no meds nothing! I was so worried for nothing! I put this off for so long because of a bad experience with 1 filling in the past at a different location. Im so glad I finally got it all done and it was so easy! Dr Lee is amazing! I also really like his Dental Assistant that works with him in the treatment rooms the younger asian guy he is really fun to talk to and makes sure your comfortable the whole time! Front desk girls are super sweet! All around a great place!

I hadnt been to a dentist for well over 10 years. I had a terrible experience with a different dentist, and was terrified to go back. My tooth got a hole, so I had no choice. I looked up a lot of dentists online, and decided on Spanaway Dentistry. From my first call all the way through, the whole staff went out of their way to make me at ease. They were very efficient with my insurance, and thoroughly explained all charges, offering payment plans to make things easier financially. My fear is completely gone, I realize now there is a huge difference between dentists, and here they do an amazing job, and care greatly about their patients. Dr. Lee even called after my root canal just to make sure I was ok. I fully recommend Spanaway dentist.

I experienced exceptional professionalism and hands on care. From the time I walked into the office there was a friendly greeting and open communication. When I was going through the procedures I felt like I was part of the family. After 40 years of receiving dental care from other dental offices, I have never walked out with a smile on my face like I did with the gentle care I received from the Spanaway Family Dental staff. Each procedure was handled with a soft touch, instead of feeling that someone was drilling for gold and was disappointed for finding none. Although I have never enjoyed having dental work done, now my family and I actually dont mind going to the dentist! Dr. Lee and his staff are exceptionally friendly and truly care about the well-being of their patients. Patient comfort is always a priority. I have had extensive work (from routine cleanings to root-canals) done by Dr. Lee and his assistants, so I speak from experience. Without exception, Dr. Lee has personally checked on me with a "follow-up" call after every dental procedure. I consider him my friend as well as my dentist! Oh! ...and now our dentist is right here in Spanaway! No more fighting traffic or long trips to Puyallup or Tacoma. :)

I had a great experience her my first time. I lost a filling and needed it replaced immediately. I called and asked if they could get me in since I was not a patient and I wasnt even sure if they would take my insurance. They worked very fast talked with my insurance and got me in within two hours. They took pictures and talked with me about what they wanted to do. They were so helpful and informative. I have a pretty big fear of needles and the dental assistant was super nice, he kept me calm and distracted talking about food. The best part was that Dr. Lee really made me feel like I was patient for years, he worked fast and made me feel comfortable.

High Quality, Affordable, Low cost, Amazing customer service. The staff is the most warm caring staff around. The ladies in the front will work with you and help you design a plan around your budget. They are beyond the best. The dental assistants and dentist are also very considerate to you and your needs. I came in last minute towards the ends of the day and I desperately needed one of wisdom teeth pulled. They were completely booked up. They were able to squeeze me in and get me taken care of. The owner himself did the work on my tooth, and he had that tooth out so quick I didnt even know it! Very humble business, very caring and very affordable!
