Anna Adams at Reynolda Gardens is the receptionist for Dr Mulles and a couple other doctors. She is absolutely the rudest person there. She yells at veterans and belittles them. I have a had several bad experiences with her personally, the most recent of which is when I came up and asked to speak to the nurse and she told me I had to go downstairs to the records room that they could do nothing to help me. I tried to explain to her that I have already been and they told me I needed to speak with the nurse or doctor. She started to yell at me and speak over me and said I was wrong and couldnt have done what I said. So I went back down and they sent me back up which she did not believe and all but called me a liar and proceeded to call down and ask them if I really went down there. While she was checking to see if I was telling the truth she was speaking load enough where every office in the building could hear her and she proceeded to give my name and last four of my social just as loudly. After she gave all my personal info out to anyone that had halfway decent hearing she yells out across the room that I would have to speak with the nurse but it wouldnt happen till the end of the day. I dont appreciate being treated this way and even if I wasnt a veteran I would be furious to know that someone in the VA system was treating vets this way. I like my doctor but she makes me want to quit going to the VA at all.

The facility is great, but the service is what you would expect out of the VA. There are many rude and lazy people, but there are an equal amount of great people there from my experience. I have been trying all year to get care for my chronic pain and other issues, every time I contact someone they basically tell me its my fault why I havent gotten care. Well, I dont do your scheduling, so blame someone else! My doctor rarely responds to my messages, and when she does it will be 2 weeks later; or longer... I have been told they are supposed to respond within 72 hours. Honestly, I expected much better service considering this is a new facility. How can there already be so many mistakes, mis-communications, and rude/lazy people?! The VA just needs to be shut down and Veterans go to any doctor of their choosing. Its clear that the VA is never going to treat Veterans how we deserve to be treated; and our government doesnt seem to care much either. Hang in there brothers and sisters... maybe one day well get the care we deserve.

My family and I credit Dr Woods and his nurse Milton with saving my life... this is not an overstatement! During a routine visit Dr Woods became suspicious of my condition due to my reporting a shortness of breath and some swelling in my ankle. An EKG was immediately done which came back abnormal. Dr Woods ordered an expedited Echo of my heart which revealed the right branch was more than double of normal pressure and dilation was also double normal. Dr Woods got approval for me to be seen be a local pulmonary physician where a CT scan showed blood clots in my lungs. I was taken from the imagining Center across the street to the hospital for 3 days of treatment. Its been one year since my embolism was discovered and Im much better. The sad part of the story is that I had reported the same complaints to my civilian Dr for two years but he never connected the dots. My family and I will forever be in debt to Dr Woods and Milton. May the force stay strng with both of you Jedi Masters!!! William Gardner and family.

I had a medical appointment today at the new Kernersville Medical Center. Ive been seeing Dr. Woods and his right hand man, Milton for several years. Today they were nothing short of amazing. I have had bad experiences in the past in Salisbury. I understand Veterans frustrations with government health care but this new facility is amazing. Dr. Woods is without question the best doctor in the entire VA. He is an amazing doctor and I am very furtunate that he is my primary doctor. A big shout out to Dr. Woods and Milton. I was able to get an X-ray done and schedule an MRI within 20 minutes. Usually you would have to wait months to get an appointment for an MRI. With his new facility, everything is in house and I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks. You have made this Paratrooper very proud. Since opening of the new VA clinic in Kernersville, NC. Looks like their website has been updated since last month. In May 2017 the website for VA clinic pisted 0800-1200 hours for walk in clinic and when I arrived the receptionist informed mecthat they only open specialty clinics and you must have an appointment. She did tell me that the emergency clinic in Salisbury was open on Saturdays. It was inconvience for me and several others that was turned away because of inaccurate website. When I arrived at the emergency room in Salisbury, I was treated with Outstanding Medical Care and the entire staff was Very Professional. The receptionist did tell me that she would send a message to her boss to get the Kernersville website corrected. Otherwise I have received great care from Salisbury and Kernersville. Homer Marsh

This is a single star for the assistance on the phone at this center. I started to try again for the upteenith time to file online for disability. Now 8/2017 it is worse that it was when I first started to do this. There is Zero help in Greensboro NC for this, all facilities have shut down here. I called these people after being online trying to do this thing and it was so long a process and I dont have all the paperwork forms from the Army, just medical that they sent me. The woman I talked to, her answer was I dont know basically..So no help here in Greensboro anymore..and its first come first serve in Winston, from what she said. So screwed again from all of this and they wonder why there are problems with the VA. Very unpro.

Completely unimpressed with the medical staff here, and the complete and utter discontent they have for their occupation is evident. I will not be Back, old salem Clinic is terrible and they simply just go through the motions with you. I do not enjoy knowing that they not only dont care about me, I have Brothers who rely on the VA for diagnosis and treatments and I wouldnt doubt if the Dr. I delt with couldnt diagnose or cure a papercut. My Review is based on my own observation and experience. God have mercy on those of you who have any real issues and count on this place to help you. Avoid this location and drive the extra mile to Sailsbury.

I have been well satisfied with the new Medical center until right now. I called the eye clinic to make an appointment for an infection and was immediately put on hold and now I sit here after 7 minutes still on hold and no one has bothered to come back on line and say please be patient or something!!!!!!hes back after 8 and 1/2 minutes......with a "sorry you had to wait". Now, with an eye infection he says come in early in the morning and report in to the eye clinic and we will maybe see you sometime today or tomorrow........otherwise the earliest appointment is October 31lst......Not acceptable at all......
