This place is the worst place in the world. I would not let these people baby sit my dog. My father was at this facility and the people were so rude, They would not bring him his medication on time and didnt even fix the problem that he went there for. They told us that he was fine and the original problem wasnt there. They didnt bathe him while he was there my mother and i had to. They never checked in on him. Also they didnt clean his wounds from where he had surgery and never treated his bed sores that he got while he was there. He left Moore Regional which is a awesome hospital and was doing great till he got to this hole. With in two weeks i was at the funeral home making my fathers arrangement. IF ANYONE HAS ANY FAMILY THERE MOVE THEM ASAP. Trust me if you dont you will see what i am talking about.

My experience was horrible. A real nightmare that still keeps me awake at night 9 months later. My father was mistreated as a patient and my family and I were treated rudely and lied to on more than one occasion. If I could turn back that hands of time, I would find another facility for my father. Much of the staff, including one of the doctors (Dr. Synge (pronounced sing)) are not trust worthy and a bunch of incompetent liars. Please choose another facility for you loved one if possible and if it is not possible be very careful. Record all conversations with staff regarding your loved one and be there as much as possible.

Im in excellent, caring hands. Was rushed directly to OR here (4?)days ago for Epidural Hematoma. Dr Botero had to cut several backbones to find the top of (& remove) the blood putting pressure on my spinal cord. Its sad to see neg reviews in here, but here in the Neuro icu the entire team gives me 100% plus another 100% in the personality department.
