The staff at Osmon Chiropractic is very professional and always welcoming. I was in pain when I started coming to Osmon over a year ago. Through chiropractic paired with physical therapy they were able to address my pain and I moved to a maintenance schedule. The pairing of PT and chiropractic was amazing. In the past, PT alone was expensive and I had to have a doctors referral. Now all I need to do is schedule an appointment at Osmon should I feel the need for extra attention. I also love that you can choose which doctor you see. Dr. Painter is my favorite. He is very good at assessing your current needs and switching up the adjustment accordingly.

Best office Ive ever been to when it comes to making appointments, time spent in the waiting room, and general efficiency! The additional rehabs they offer (i.e. grastin, ultrasound, and e-stim) are perfect additions to monthly adjustments. I was super nervous to go to a chiropractor for my hip issue, but the staff at Dr. Osmons was friendly, informative, and professional. My hip issues have gotten much better, but I continue with monthly adjustments and grastin. Every month I anxiously await my appointment! Now who can say that about a doctors appointment!?!

I was not happy with the receptionist. The way she looked at me and treated me was like I am not good enough to be there. I also dislike the way they deceived us as an IU student when they made their recruitment. One of the staff members came to IU and convinced me that by only paying 25 dollars instead of 175 dollars, I can get my spine tested and they would work with me on how to treat my problem (if theres any). But, when I got there, all they did were tests and x-ray without telling me the results. I dont think that is a good practice to deceive your clients.

As a medical professional in the community, I have never heard of such nonsense at an office! I scheduled an appointment over a month in advance and they call me the day before to cancel my appt because I didnt confirm my appt 3 days in advance! Who does that?! You keep my appt scheduled until I call to cancel or reschedule! Its the offices responsibility to get ahold of me prior to MY appt if they need to confirm anything. Beyond disappointed once again at the medical community in Bloomington. Guess all I can do is my personal best.

I have been a patient since day 1. I have always been quite impressed with the service I have received. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Dr. Osmon has taken very good care of me and I have been extremely pleased with the Chiropractic Care that I have received. Since Dr. Painter has joined the practice, I have been quite impressed with him as well. Both Doctors are very concerned about their patients and are willing to put forth the extra effort to insure that their patients have a very positive experience.

Osmon chiropractic is a welcoming environment. As soon as a walked through the doors the receptionists were greeting me. Not only do they provide nice customer service but they also have a very modern look to their practice. They have updated technology to make the whole chiropractic experience much more enjoyable. I would recommend them to students in the area. They are extremely close to the Dillion apartments. But its a little bit of a ride to their practice. But it is worth it!

The people at Osmon Chiropractic are great!! The treatment you get is second to none, I was in a car accident a few months ago so I went to Dr. Osmon for treatment. My experience was great from Summer at the front desk to Jon(physical therapy), Lori(massage therapist), Kellie(acupuncture) and Dr. Osmon. They are all the best at what they do, and they make you feel as if you are part of the family. I would definitely go to Osmon Chiropractic Center again! ~Tim~

I have been going to Dr. Osmon for a few weeks now and it has been life changing. His practice isnt simply to have the patient make an appointment when you are in pain but to put you on a treatment "plan" which includes adjustments, rehab, exercise and various types of massage. The entire staff is warm, professional and so helpful. Kate, Summer, Jon, Jessica and his therapists are the best! Bloomington is lucky to have Dr. Osmons Chiropractic Center.

Absolutely amazing. i have had relief from my incredibly bad sinus allergies with chiro and accupuncture tx with Brandon and Kelli and i love the staff! i have been able to get relief of neck, back and bilateral knee pain and postpone knee surgery (i am bone on bone on both knees). THEY ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH ! and you will find many modalities: chiro, accupuncture, massage, PT and, again, the staff are wonderful! deb

I was apprehensive before going, as I didnt have pleasant experience with Chiropractors before but I highly recommend them. I am blessed where my insurance covers my care, even if they didnt I would be going back. I have Fibromyaliga and hurt 90% of the time, from the first adjustment I immediately felt relief!! I have nothing but good things to say about them!! Go for yourself and find out!! They are fabulous!!
