I have the rare pleasure of becoming a patient 01/27/2014. Today is 4/1/14 and my cervical decompression and bilateral carpal tunnel k-laser therapy will end in 4 appointments. I am a Christian and I believe that I was spiritually led to come to this business; after enduring 2+ years of painful spinal (cervical and lumbar) steroid injections. Not to mention, my fight to not be strung out on pain medications. I prayed for a more holistic alternative that would combine agreement of my faith and my doctors faith. I realized by the 2nd appointment, this was not your normal medical care facility. The doctors are complimented by a professional staff that are loving, caring and filled with the love of Christ. The customer care and service is awesome. Best of all everyone is so kind, patient and understanding to your journey of recovery. I am enjoying astounding painless freedom and mobility. This Doctors office was "A LAST HOPE", but should have been "A FIRST HOPE." To anyone in pain and disgusted with the state of your health and well-being... CHOOSE Cool Springs Back and Neck Care.

My family has received care at Cool Springs Back and Neck Care for nearly eight years! It is a trustworthy and solid practice. We have found both Dr. Ries and Dr. Caughey to be professional, skilled, competent, attentive, and caring. My husband is a runner and injured his knee. Care received at the practice, allowed him to continue running with restored function and without pain. I have dealt with shoulder pain for a number of years. Drs. Ries and Caughey have been instrumental in helping alleviate the problem and now I rarely have a flare up. Our oldest son has been under their care since he was a few months old and our youngest received his first adjustment when he was 3 days old! In nearly eight years, we have only had one ear infection between the two of them. We attribute much of this to chiropractic and the care we receive from Drs. Ries and Caughey. We have referred several friends to the practice, and all have been very pleased with the care received. We are very grateful to Dr. Ries, Dr. Caughey, and the staff at Cool Springs Back and Neck Care!

I visited Cool Springs Back and Neck for a lower back injury. I called ahead and provided my insurance information and was assured my insurance was accepeted. AFTER the first visit I was informed my insurance had a huge deductable and only covered 80/20 after it was meet. They charged me almost $200.00 for the first visit! I was very up upset and voiced my concern. This staff was very un-professional in the way this was handled they knew before my visit what my insurance would cover and did not tell me untill after. I consider this deception the same as stealing! Had I known up-front I could have made an informed decsion as to how I wanted to proceed as it turned out they made the decsion for me. I will not return to this office and would advise all who read this to be very careful with these people know and understand what you will be charged before you let them do anything!

Ive been going to Cool Springs Back and Neck Care for close to 3 years now. I have 2 bulging discs and a pinched nerve that act up from time to time since 1998. They have prevented me from having to have surgery. Both Drs. and their staff are very kind and professional. Today I was there and told Dr. Caughey that my back was much better, thanks to him. He said, "No, the thanks goes to God, I just run interference." That made my day! Number one on my list of requirements for finding a Chiropractor is that they are Christian, then, great work, great equipment, etc. etc. etc. This is positively one of the best Chiropractic care clinics Ive ever been to.

I had a car accident in the early 1970s. The only recommendation that I was given was back surgery. I lived with back pain for over 40 years. I was very skeptical when my wife suggested that I go to the back and neck clinic in Cool Springs, but I finally agreed. Janine told me what it was all about and had me take a Digital X-Ray. Looking at the X-Ray it was even obvious to me what the problem was. I went through the program and I am pain free. They cured a problem that, for over 40 years, doctors told me that could only be corrected by surgery. I highly recommend the program to anyone that is suffering from back pain.

Cool Springs Back and Neck Care have treated our family with respect and with our best interest at heart. The thing I really appreciate about this business, is that dont simply throw you on the table and get to work. They educated me on not only what they were doing....but also why. They have treated my entire family for years and we reap the benefits each and every cold season when we are able to function while many of our friends are down and out. We reccommend them to all of our friends. We always receive a word of thanks from those we refer. They are warm, welcoming, and professional.

What a phenomenal experience at this clinic. The staff is just wonderful and encouraging, This is such a high tech type of clinic. I felt so confident in the doctors and the staff and their ability to help with my condition. They even prayed for me! The spinal decompression therapy and laser therapy treatments were wonderful and helped resolve a severe spinal disc problem that I had, Im pain free now. I highly recommend them!

I feel very blessed to receive care at Cool Springs Back and Neck Care! Three years ago, I had a ruptured disc in my neck. Because of the doctors at this location and spinal decompression, I did not have to endure having neck surgery. I am so thankful for the treatment I received and continue to receive at this location. The owner acts like a nice guy(very reassuring) and they usually have nice staff but owner is very greedy...it seems like they have new staff every week. That indicates that he is either greedy, dishonest or both. They are the most expensive place around and use lots of unproven methods like the "lipo laser" eat/live however you want and they will zap away the pounds. DOESNT WORK.

I travel the country and as you know play a lot of golf which can be very demanding on the body. They do not promote themselves as a Chiroprator on TV so when my husband called for infomation they charged our credit card $29. After my husband call our insurance and found out that we are not covered for chiroprator. The same day my husband called to cancel the appointment they REFUSED to credit the $29.
