LOVE THESE PEOPLE!! As a husband and wife business, Brent is straight up hilarious and so fun to see and visit with when you walk in their office (an adorably decorated office, I might add). Dr. Rachel is awesome and through my two pregnancies really helped make my back feel great! I was able to have two natural births and I feel strongly that with Rachel "snap, crackle, and popping" me helped to make sure that my spine and whatnot was totally aligned so that both babies could come out without any problems (she totally hated when Id call it that too, because "thats not what she does")! She put me at ease since I had never been to a chiropractor before being pregnant, and I brought my kiddos to see her so that they could be adjusted as well. My older child will be two in October and has never had an ear infection. Im a firm believer that its because he was regularly adjusted his whole life. My younger baby is only six months, but she still got to see Rachel a few times as well. We sadly just moved last month to Delaware, and will miss seeing them and getting adjusted there! Finding another chiropractor will be hard because no one will be Rachel (or Brent, either!).

I highly recommend Dr. Rachel Pickett at Pickett Family Chiropractic in Prattville. I suffer from chronic neck and back pain from an injury, as well as terrible headaches. Visiting Dr. Pickett for regular adjustments has provided more relief than medication. She calms my fears and makes me feel better by taking her time to explain everything she is doing and letting me know what to expect. She is the best! I have tried other chiropractic offices around Montgomery and Prattville, but the convenient location, family environment, and professional, patient oriented service has always made me more comfortable there. She is definitely the top chiropractor in our area! Her husband, Brent, runs the office and is so friendly. Chatting with him at the front desk makes my short wait time go by even faster. He works with my BCBS insurance and Ive never had an issue with Blue Cross denying my claim. If youre in the Prattville area, you should definitely give them a try!

My 6YO daughter is an ice skater so were used to falls and the resulting headaches and soreness. We had been using a local chiropractor in Montgomery - but my daughter was scared of the traditional snap, crackle, pop used on her in his office. She recently suffered a fall that demanded she see a chiropractor but, being scared, she refused to go. That is until we found Dr. Rachel! What a God send!! Dr. Rachel was able to relax my daughter and adjust her without the traditional twists and jerks. My daughter cant wait to see Dr. Rachel (and her beautiful family) again!! Thanks Dr. Rachel - you are a blessing!!! And thanks for my "well-adjusted" child!!

Dr. Rachel Pickett is great. I have had numerous back problems over time. Due to Dr. Pickett I am now feeling much better and have been able to stop taking any prescription or over the counter medications. I have also referred my wife to her, who has also had frequent back pain after a car accident. She has been to other chiropractors in the area without positive results, but she is now a weekly patient of Dr. Rachel because of the vast reduction in her back pain. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. In my opinion she is by far the best chiropractor in Prattville, AL.

Very informal about what was being done to me during the exam. After the adjustment, I left feeling like a million bucks. Noticeable difference instantly.
