My father was a dentist. Im a little nervous about going for dental work and do not take kindly to rude receptionists, office managers, and doctors with God complexes. With this dental office, EVERY ONE, from the phone call, to x rays, assessment, to cleaning, and to copay, each answer my concerns and remain kind and understanding. The doctor even asks for your input, "what do you hope we accomplish today?" A female technician assures, "you are the boss." The office manager explains, I understand your concern, I just read about that in a medical journal." The receptionist is diligent beginning confirmation calls for your appointment a week in advance. Even the new male hygienist is compassionate and caring about your comfort during cleaning. I do not look forward to my next appointment in three months, but I know I am in good hands with the Bayshore team. Thanks you all.

I have not been to the dentist in years. I have many issues with my mouth. The power went out just 5 minutes before I arrived for my appointment. I was able to check in and fill out all my info on a tablet. They offered to reschedule me but I decided to wait. I was able to talk with the dentist while we waited for the power to return. The staff was great! In just a short time the power returned. Time for business. They have state of the art equipment. X-rays, scans and pictures were taken. The dentist did a complete exam. He came up with a plan to address my issues. He gave me some options along with pricing. They seem very reasonable. This is the first time I have had my teeth cleaned and not walk out of a dentist office in pain!!!! Awesome! I am looking forward to have my dental work done at Bayshore Dental Center!!!! I highly recommend them!!!

Wait I dont think you guys understand how AMAZING my experience was today at bayshore dental. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out was simply beyond what words can say. Listen I low key dislike going to the dentist but after today Im actually looking forward to my follow up visit. Office is extremely clean, the equipment is new and up to date and I cant forget to mention theres a TV playing above your head that you can watch while getting your procedures done. The hygienest is very nice and knowledgeable, the dental assistant is very very sweet and knowledgeable and the Dentist is extremely nice and very knowledgeable as well. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE. Trust me you wont be disappointed.

I had been at Bayshore dental twice already and the experience has been wonderful. If you are like me that dental work makes you nerves, literally you sweat cold, etc, here theyre going treat you with kindness, make you feel comfortable, not only everyone is knowledgeable and what they do but also are super nice. The dentist is excellent, theyre very efficient and fast with the appointments, I didnt have to wait weeks or months to see the dentist and they have the best technology, rooms are very clean too. I have future appointments coming up i still will get nervous but I know I am in good hands.

Honestly, Ive been nervous to come to dentist offices for a while and when I came here I was very welcomed. The staff are really nice! I came in because I was having pain in one tooth and they told me I had to take it out. But they assured me that it was for the best because it was a baby tooth and it was causing an infection. I was scared but Im glad I didnt because I dont have anymore pain. They also have a tv above you on the ceiling and you can change the channels if youd like. Also I love the color scheme because blue is my favorite color. ☺️☺️ 10/10 would recommend!!

By far the most professional team I have experienced in awhile. Dr. Sheehy and his staff really know how to give extraordinary customer service! He has the most state of the art technology and ensures you are always comfortable. Victoria is so coureous and Rachel his hygenist was responsive to my needs and questions about dental care. The office is practically paperless! Which is a plus! Go green! Dr. Sheehy is a brilliant dentist and specializes in orthodontics. I am forever grateful to everyone and will continue coming here!

Yesterday was my first time seeing a new dentist in over 20 years so I was a little skeptical, but I have to say everyone at Bayshore Dental Center from the receptionist, dental assistant, and dentist himself completely reversed my skepticism and exceeded all expectations. The facility has a nice layout, everyone is personable and friendly, and getting an appointment was not difficult at all. The Dentist was very thorough and was patient to answer questions when we were done. I will definitely refer people here in the future.

I was very impressed by the staff. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. They took me same day (thank god because of the amount of pain I was in.) the staff took care of me, talked me through X-rays and everything that was going to happen. The dr was very friendly, knowledgeable and took his time explaining things to me and making me feel calm about my visit. I would recommend them to everyone. I will be using them for all my dental needs.

They have some high tech stuff I never experienced before (and I been through many dentist all over) this is the best one! When you come in it doesnt feel like a doctors office. Great staff but one of the front desk clerk she act like she doesnt like her job saying little slick stuff out her mouth.Not saying names because she needs her job lol! But other than that comfortable and youre​ in and out. FYI you feel like royalty there.

Awesome experience !! Usually that isnt the first thing many of us think of when going to the dentist. However, this experience was nothing less than great. The service is affordable for those with insurance or without. The staff is very comforting and knowledgeable. The environment was sqeaky clean and Dr.Sheehy was extremely patient and handled me with care. I did not feel a thing!!! I recommend this office to everyone!!

Had an appointment for 9:30am but when I got there my appointment was not in the system. The front desk girl was there polite and made me an appointment for the afternoon. When I can back the appointment went great. Everyone was polite and professional. The doctor was very informative and make sure that I have left there knowing exactly all the information and how to treat myself at home and how to make the appointment.

The staff and Dentist are very personable and give you the attention that most offices lack. I love all the new dental equipment. They make dental procedures painless and comfortable. They also have tvs from there ceilings; so you can stay entertained while sitting in the chair. Hands down great experience all around. I will be back. Theres not an office like this in the Brandon/seffner area.

The entire experience was amazing. Dr. Sheehy and his staff are truly professional. Everyone was very knowledgeable of their duties and work as a team to ensure I was satisfied with my time spent in the office. Dr. Sheehy made it a priority to answer any and all questions I had. I am more than excited to come back for my follow up appointment, and happy to know my teeth are in great hands!
