Constant rudeness when FINALLY reaching the front office when calling!!! Also, if you need a refill on your medications, GOOD LUCK!! It was a constant battle getting refills; pharmacy sent requests, but they would say, they never got them. My family traveled over an our for many years only to be terminated as pts because of their unprofessional, rude, uncaring, incompetent behavior when trying to get our prescriptions figured out. They couldnt understand why that would be a PROBLEM! REALLY??? We WONT be back! On a positive note, Nurse Practitioner Vicki Fritz is awesome & needs to leave this horrible practice!!! Ive never been treated so rudely by any doctors office and they wonder why they continue to lose pts. Its all about the pt numbers and not about the pts health. VERY, VERY disappointed!!!!

Dropped as a patient and refused to see me after I was injured in a car accident because they refused to bill my insurance which was on notice (lawyers handling it, not at fault) and "didnt know who was going to pay" (there are two potential payment providers!). Money and insurance companies motivate them far more than a desire to provide care. I would definitely avoid any doctor that you dont know if youll be able to see because of ridiculous billing practices.

The ob I have these treats me more like an incubator than a patient. I am just as important as my pregnancy. No one ever has an answer to simple questions Ive asked like what I can and cant take while pregnancy or if I can do anything safely for pain management while Im getting further along. Also had to sit back in a room for an examination for over an hour before I saw anyone. Would definitely not recommend going here if youre needing prenatal care

The people I talk to are friendly enough, but they always need to send me on to someone else, like my primary care physician who is never there, or to the prescription line, who is also never there and no one almost never calls me back. I have to make multiple calls and then frequently find out the information I needed has been available for several days.
