Upon arrival Kelli made me feel like a client, not just a number; asking me the right questions, listening to my needs, and catering to my needs. Once I started my treatment -the same day- Jessie really made me feel like I was at home, she walked me through everything I needed to do AND she was there every step of the way making sure I did everything right, once the electrotherapy started she wouldnt leave me until she knew I was okay. Apart from that she kept me laughing the whole time, I really felt like I was being taken care of the whole time! Jessie was by my side walking me from exercise to exercise until Dr. G came into the picture. I had my x-ray done by Dr. G, he was very specific about what he needed from me and continued to treat me as a friend would treat a friend. Dr. G went ahead and treated my back and I instantly felt better! Although I needed further treatment, he referred me to another specialist who had me undergo further treatment and nothing could have gone better! I honestly dont think any other doctor couldve done a better job, from all the chiropractic clinics Ive been too, Arrowhead clinic in Duluth is the ONLY Chiropractic clinic Ill refer any friends to!

No man have I ever been blessed enough to know is as honorable, generous, kind, and effective in their feild than Dr. Gentry. He is not a man but a angel. No man has ever been as kind to me or generous, or as helpful and proficient in his field. I have sadly had many bad doctors (never in chiropractic), I have had some good doctors, but only 4 in my fourty years have I ever known where truly great beyond that of normal mortal men. Truly he is a Seraph of Heaven come down to aid those who are fortunate enough to find him. My only regret is that my last spinal injury has left me bedridden and I am too far to make the trip to thank him in person for all his years of kindess to me. He treats you not as just a doctor, not as just a friend, but truly as family. Honestly that still is too cheap a choice of words to describe just how compassionate he is as a human being or how great he is as a chiropractor. I only hope this helps more find his clinic in order to find such wonderful care.

OMG, where do I begin... I cannot express how WONDERFUL the staff is in this office! We have been to the same location on 4 different occassions and each time, the experience has been nothing but excellent. At first it was just Dr. G (who is hilarious) and Jess (a sweetheart), now Kelli has joined the crew and she is a great addition to this caring staff. They are ALWAYS so friendly and welcoming whenever you enter their location. Dr. G is very knowledgeable and will keep a smile on your face whenever he enters the room! They are more than just our Chiro Clinic, they are truly like Family!! A 5 star rating is not even close to what they deserve. Id give them a PERFECT 10! Ms. Evans

I have had the honor of being treated at this location and i must say that i feel so welcomed every time i walk into the office. They are so nice and they do not hesitate to crack a few jokes :) they really make you feel so comfortable and its such a family environment there. I am truly sad to say that i only have two more visits remaining. However, i plan on recommending this specific location to everyone who inquires. Dr. Gentry and his staff all deserve a year off and a paid vacation to Bora Bora. Signed, A very satisfied customer :)

I was in an accident on December 14th of this year and came to Arrowhead clinic within the first seven days afterwards. EVERY staff member has been so professional, attentive and pleasant. I have been able to see bith a medical doctor and a chiropractor. Dr. Gentry is AWESOME!!! The staff was even able to refer me to an attorney to handle my case. I will actually miss this place when my therapy is done in February. If you have a personal injury please consider the Duluth clinic. They will not disappoint!!

I was involved an accident where a drunk driver hit my car. We were sent to Arrowhead Clinic in Duluth by our attorney. Let me tell you this... I was in an accident before where someone rear ended me and I went to a chiropractor. Now I received great service from that chiropractor, but Arrowhead clinic is the next level. They have been so courteous, friendly, professional, and helpful. They have taken care of me and my guests involved in the accident. Top notch. 10/10.

The staff here is extremely helpful and welcoming. Doctor Gentry is amazing and he is very genuine. I drive 45 minutes just to come to this location in Duluth, GA. The offices presentation is up to par. They are clean and well organized. Many times I arrive early and nearly every time I am seen before my scheduled appointment time. I love the staff they are informative and they work with you. I would recommend this location to anyone I possibly can.

Ive been coming to this clinic since my 4 car accident just before Christmas. The lovely ladies at the reception area are always cheerful & have been patient with me. Dr. G is awesome! Hes personable & actually explains what hea doing to your body & why. The office is clean & the music is always jamming :-.) Ive witnessed old patients come by just to say hello. That speaks volumes!
