After several years of up and down weight and not knowing the cause, finally finding the right doctors to help find the cause, thanks to Dr. Curtis Fedorchuk, my weight is finally consistently going down. Dr. Fedorchuk helped me first identify the foods that were causing inflammation in my body and helped me get started on eliminating those from my diet. Then he pointed me to Dr. Sloan to ensure there were no further medical underlying conditions. Dr. Sloan then introduced me to the Ketogenic way of eating. I now have a way of eating that is working for me and is manageable long term, not feeling deprived of enjoying food. Dr. Fedorchuk is a chiropractor but he is truly interested in getting to the root of the issue and enlisting the necessary help from other medical professionals when needed to make his patients well again. As of today I am half way to my goal weight, few more months and should be at my goal then see where I can go from there. I will never be "skinny" cause I will always have muscle and curves which I wouldnt trade for the world.

I am treated like family by every staff member. Dr. Rob, is always there and ready to help everyone with a question or with whatever they need. Dr. Nikki, Is great with kids and easy to talk to. She always livens the room. Dr. Fedorchuk, Teaches me something new every time I am adjusted. Great communicator and you can guarantee that you will leave feeling better than when you arrived. Dr. Lightstone, Great personality and so knowledgeable about the whats and the whys of Chiropractic. Kayla and Maria organize the flow of the office which runs like a well oiled machine. You can stay as long as you want or be out within a hurry. When I call to make my appointments, they greet me with such kindness. Chris, the future chiropractor and student intern is always available and helps the flow of the traction department run seamlessly. Great office and great people equal a great experience. Glad to be a patient at Better by Health Design.

I have been a patient at Better Health By Design for going on 3 years now, and I wouldn’t change a thing! (Especially now at the new location! It’s easier for me to get to.) I love the atmosphere and care at this establishment. Dr. Curtis is always showing care and concern for not only my health, but that of my friends and family, who aren’t even patients! He is very professional and willing to share his vast knowledge of not only chiropractic care but also general health care. He is also very good about sitting down with you and helping you save a little, too! Tara and Maria are extraordinarily pleasant at the front desk and for helping with any sort of need you may have. I have been a nurse for over 12 years and respect and appreciate good healthcare. I have entrusted Dr. Curtis with not only my health but with that of my children. Dr Curtis has been taking care of my girls since before they were 2 years old. He made a dramatic difference in the health of both myself and my girls. Dr Curtis completed ALCAT testing on my oldest daughter and was able to solve the mysterious skin ailment my daughter had experienced for over 6 years. We had seen specialist after specialist and Dr Curtis ended up being able to find the problem and help my daughter enjoy a happy healthy childhood. Dr Curtis has taught us how we can be healthy with diet, nutritional supplements and regular chiropractic visits. We LOVE him and his staff so much they are like family to us. Their compassion and caring is evident. I can’t imagine life without him! He genuinely cares about helping people feel better. Our family began seeing Dr Curtis in December 2012. I have had migraines pretty much all my life and low back problems most of my adult life. My headaches have decreased from every day to only a once in awhile. The severity has dramatically decreased. My 11 year old daughter has had problems with asthma and allergy related issues. She has not had an asthma attack since we have been coming!! Her allergy symptoms have disappeared. I have no regrets other than not coming to him sooner!

My family has been going to Better Health By Design for a number of years now. Our kids affectionately call Dr. Curtis the Back Doc. We are regular patients for wellness care but will turn up our frequency if ever we are not feeling our best. The office is always well maintained and the staff is polite and well informed. Below is a review from my 11 year old daughter who has been seeing Dr. Curtis since she was 5. "I always look forward to going to the chiropractor because after I leave I always feel better and more alive. Dr. Curtis is funny and always a pleasure to be around. I started seeing Dr. Curtis with my family around the beginning of June 2013 and I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions we have made. Being tall, I found myself slouching constantly. I had awful posture and my neck and back were always in pain. And worse of all: I didn’t have solution. We went to see Dr. Curtis and he explained why chiropractic care was so important. It was about more than just achieving better posture. It was about becoming better throughout; that the spine is vital to everything in the body and if you arent taking care of your spine, you aren’t really taking care of yourself. I love the environment, the office, the friendly staff and the professionalism exhibited in every visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Curtis to others.

Dr. Curtis and his staff are the reason I can stay active and fit. I run, hike, play tennis, golf and do tons of garden/yard work. In fact I just finished moving 6 tons of rock. I am 53 and have a family history of major arthritis. Without the expertise of Dr Curtis, I wouldnt be able to have the pain free quality life that I do. Even better, my little 10 year old furry friend (who the vet has not been able to help) gets immediate relief from her hip/back arthritis when Dr. Curtis adjusts her. Dr. Curtis is kind enough to allow me to bring Molly in during quiet patient times. He is her new best friend :) Life is too short and precious to not live well.....I would (and have) highly recommend Better Health By Design.

When I first went to see Dr Curtis, about five years ago, I had a consistent headache and limited mobility in my neck. Dr Curtis not only fixed me, but he explained the issues along the way. Ive been on maintenance for years, but Dr Curtis still works on my general well being - even if its my elbow. Better Health By Design isnt just about fixing your back (as people tend to think of chiropractors), theyre about healthy lives. From the moment you call or walk in, youll be greeted by caring professionals, Maria and Tara. Theyre in a new office, the staff has grown, but they continue to care about each patient as if youre the most important person to ever walk in the door.
