Horrible experience. Came in for the sale and did the bait and switch. But it was so forceful, to the point they say that my prescription wouldnt work with the sale . It was just a -2.25. Even on a higher rx , it is still possible. One of the manager, Destiny, was so condescending , it was an insult not just to me, but everyone else around her. She wasnt originally taking care of me, but when i said I didnt have the money at the moment for their higher end lenses, I was basically called out. "Well its just an additional $100, but it will last you much longer, and youll be so happy you would be back next year. I know you have an extra 100 on ya." Its the way she said it after I didnt want to pay $300 for glasses at the moment. I wasnt laughing or anything beforehand. Like I sincerely didnt have the money, and it was made into a joke. Well heres the joke. Who wears stripper shoes while working ? She could barely walk in them. And just because she towers over people now, she thinks she owns everyone. Trust me, I have more money on my left leg than your small salary running the store. Dont insult the customer. I never written a bad review until now.

Customer service at its best. Stopped by to fix glasses that i didnt even have bought from them and they did it in 3 mins no questions asked. Thank you team visionworks. I will b here when i need to change my glasses.

People dont buy glasses from this specific location! I use to work here, you buy expensive nice lenses but at the end they put basic plastic on your frame.
