After many years of dealing with progressively worsening back problems, I was lucky enough to meet Dr. Steve. I came in with 3 herniated disks and major sciatic pain. My posture was crooked and every day was a major endeavour to complete with my limitations. After a few months of adjustments (now its been 3 years), I was able to walk correctly, stand straight, and most importantly lead a more normal life. I no longer have any issues or pain, I am back to sports and doing normal activities, and extremely satisfied with my results. I continue a twice a week maintenance program and cannot say enough about the results I have obtained. I was even able to join the gym and get back to working out. Dr. Steve is an excellent chiropractor! He is also a really great guy, and a pleasure to be around. I enjoy going to his office and leave feeling terrific. I recommend him highly!!! Ive been going to Dr. Steve since I was 1 year old and Im now 15. For a good while I did competitive gymnastics and would get an injury every now and then but Dr. Steve was able to adjust any problem I had. Been going to Dr. Steve for nearly 4 months. My chronic migraines have decreased dramatically and my knee (who knew you could adjust knees?!?) has not given me any trouble in spite of needing surgery for years. Im even running (a little!) for the first time in 3 years. My 11 year old son is now going too, and has not had even one of his chronic, violent migraines either. Plus I love how he incorporates yogic concepts...the breath, open heart, positive words, visualization, energy....Great chiropractor.

Dr. Steve is unlike any chiropractor that I have ever gone too, because his subluxations (adjustments) are mild and do not wrench my neck or back like prior chiropractics have in the past. He teaches you stretches to sustain your alignment. When I leave his office I feel a tension lifted from my body because of the freedom he gives my nerves exiting the spine.
