Wow, I dont know where to even begin! I have never had such an amazing doctor who cares for me genuinely as much as Dr. Shah does. He and his staff are very respectful to us and remember us by name every visit. If you are looking for a Doctor that you dont dread going to or one that actually takes his time and will spend more than 10 minutes talking to you - Dr. Shah will treat you with the upmost respect and he really values your appointment every time. FYI - this guy really knows his stuff and wont beat around the bush but no matter what, he is always your #1 fan. If youre in his network, give him a try for sure :)

Incredibly poor experience(s). I take a (non narcotic) medicine which was lost, and prevents seizures and he would not refill my medicine without an appointment. I am leaving for DC in the morning for the inauguration and I am having twitching, eye shaking and other symptoms. SO IM OFF TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. ARE YOU KIDDING. The staff NEVER answers the phone the first time. But always the third, fourth time. I can not recommend this place to anyone, sadly. The doctor is nice, but the place is a complete disaster. YOUVE LOST A LOYAL PATIENT. Disgusting.

I have always had a pleasant experience in the office. Each one of the staff members are friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff, to the lab tech and the nurses. I have seen both Mrs. Wilkins and Dr. Shah and have had nothing but good experiences with both. They take the time to listen and treat the issue. I would definitely recommend this practice for anyone looking for a primary doctor.
