I have been taking my little dog to VCA for a few years and I just want to say that they are the most knowledgeable, helpful, exemplary w/customer service and comprehensive doctors that know everything and want the pet owner to know, as well! This is a big city and we all have choices but if you want the best for your pet like I do and hope you all out there do, too... then VCA Marina Pet Hospital (on Lincoln) is the place to go and I assure you that you will feel at ease knowing your pet is being cared for by the best people. Everyone is absolutely awesome and my dog feels the same! They have the best team ever...Maggie, Teresa, Camille, Jen, Jessica, Ileah, Ailee, Shannon, Denise, Blanca, August and I know there are more, I just dont have their names...but these people, as well as the ones that I dont have their names, are 10 star people who know their job and do it extremely well (always with a smile) take the absolute best care of your pet. They also are compassionate and sincerely care about the owner and they keep you informed! I highly recommend VCA Pet Clinic-Marina Del Rey on Lincoln and I hope this helps you to make the effort to visit them and turns these words into your own reality! Its an amazing clinic with an outstanding staff!

Took my dog cocker here because he has bloody diarrhea. He is prescribed antibiotics and a fluid pack on his back. Sure makes sense since he has the runs. Well before I left the vet he was leaking blood tinged fluid from one of the two fluid packs on his back. A bit too much for my comfort level so one of the ladies at the front desk takes him in the back and cleans him up and tells me that she pinched the puncture area and he should be fine now. I leave and head over to the pet food store and hes now BLEEDING DOWN HIS back from the fluid pack!! Came to this location because his normal VCA vet was booked completely today and I didnt want to wait till tomorrow. The vet came out and claims her vet tech is not incompetent but obviously she IS! I will not be back! Take your pet somewhere else folks! P.S. Im writing this review sitting in their lobby!

I have been coming back and forth to this hospital since 2009. I adopted my first baby Ladybug in 2009, my other handsome boy Cole in 2010, any last but not least, my precious little baby Stormy in 2014. I refuse to take them anywhere else! I love them so much so that I have purchased insurance on all #3 of my babies. The treatment that I receive from telephone calls, making appointments, last minute emergency visits, and downright care and concern about my babies is such a relief! They are a God Sent!

DO NOT GO HERE! They will charge you for sneezing! So many hidden fees and overcharging, I will NEVER go there again and hopefully this review will stop someone else from taking their pet to a place that will just take you on a run for your money. Im going back to my original vet in Hollywood, its worth the drive as they were fantastic & never over billed me. If I hadnt moved to marina I wouldve never left the last vet in the first place. Im so disappointed & feel so hustled. Shame. :(

We bring our shis-tzu here for routine checkups. The doctors and staff are professional and polite and the place is clean and decently maintained. We also boarded our shis-tzu here a couple of times. They did a great job taking care of him and even hand fed our dog when he refused to eat (hes a fussy eater). In addition they periodically sent us pics of him as an update. I would definitely recommend this location for its exceptional service. Thank you VCA Marina!

My dog had a tick behind her ear. I had no idea what it was and was kind of freaked out. I brought her in, it was my first time, and they said the first visit would be free. When I got there, they took her back right away, removed the tick and didnt even count it as my first visit. They just removed the tick for free and sent me on my way. The doctor was very nice and caring as well. Seemed like he genuinely cared about her. I am very thankful and pleased.

The vets at VCA Marina are thoughtful, kind, gentle with animals and the front desk friendly and helpful. We are big fans. We have 2 cats and a dog and have been coming to this vet for over 10 years. I especially like the way they bring you the costs for recommended services which gives the breakdown. Aside from the exam cost (about $70) they do not do anything else without your approval. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to California and started going to VCA Animal Hospital because it was close to my house. I have been very pleased with all the staff (front desk, veterinarians, vet assistants). They are all happy to listen to any issues I have with my dog and work well with him, as he is a timid dog. They are always upfront with the cost of any shots or procedures as well.

i will never go to another vet as long as i live here. They are priced better than any vet ive ever dealt with in my life, and they are nice, professional, clean, understanding, explanatory, etc. The same level of care i get from (world renowned) for my horse, except at a price that i can actually afford. Thank you for everything!

Ive been taking my pooch Cooper to VCA Marina for 9 1/2 years. The facility is always clean and the doctors and staff have always been kind, helpful and professional. I definitely recommend VCA Marina for anyone who wants "top notch" for their best friend! 5 stars for sure!

I recently moved from the VCA West Hollywood to VCA Marina. I have a sick dog that needs attention from a Vet about 2 times a month and Dr. Thatcher has been great. He always follows up the next day to check in and has actually made a lot of progress with making my dog well.
