The receptionist are very nasty jenni, Deborah, and Carol from billing are not friendly towards humans outside there race and they show it. the doctors who work there needs to fire them because they are the ones who would keep their business to go down . They give you the wrong information when try to get set up to get a new pair of glasses. They dont listen to what you have to say and they are quick to say the doctor not in on the phone but when you pop up there he or she is there. So in other words its a bad place to go to for eye glasses. It didnt use to be that way shocking to find out over the years how they change the way they use to care for customers.

I had some Prada frames in for tightening. About 10 minutes later, they were returned. The black gloss finish was gone and the Prada lettering wasnt legible. When I asked what happened the woman said I gave it to her like that. These frames were around a year old and still looked brand new. Be sure to take pictures of your frames beforehand because they will surely deny any damage.

I am a person like so many that look at reviews before going to a new practice and after reading how so many people had the same experiences at Greenspan I know this isnt the place for my family..... Maybe Greenspan may want to either clean house or talk to the women in the office that are ruining business..... Good luck but I am going elsewhere

Dr. Green span is great. Staff is friendly. This place is the best around. Does it really matter. What your race,creed,color. IS if service and quality is phenominal! As for billing. They do a great job and their friendly and helpful. If you dont have anything nice to say, say nothing and go somewhere else. You wont be missed!

The staff are nice ( front desk) but I notice that they treat the male customers nicer than the female customers!! Im just saying!Dr. Greenspan is great, and the other optometrist are ok. Im sorry dont know his name but the guy that measures your frames he is so cool and funny and very helpful

Wrote me the wrong prescription for contact lens and then blamed it on me. Then I ordered a box of contacts for each eye and tried to sell me trial pairs instead. Reported them to my insurance company and the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.

Ive been going here since I was a kid and Ive never seen anyone there that looks like me (race,creed,color). They also continue to get ruder and ruder. Their attitudes are down right nasty. I will be looking for a new office to provide me service.

The staff was great but Dr Greenspan was rude and short tempered. I felt as though we were enemies and that was my first and now last visit. He seem determined for me to get glasses which in the end he said I really did not need.

they are great.Dr. Greenspan is the best. i tell everyone i know about how good he is. he cares about your eyes and how your feeling and explains everything that has to be done.
