Horrible. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 and didnt even get sent to the back until 3:30. When they finally met up with me, they were rude, and they over charged me for something I didnt say I wanted. They schedule more than two people at the same exact time, so youll never get in & out on time. I was late to work one day because I waited so long to be seen for 10 minutes. I waited and your and a half for them to tell me they didnt have my contacts in.

Terrible experience and unnecessary charges. They will charge you for measurements that they already have on record, because they have new equipment. Not a friendly place for a budget.
