My experience at Debtal Works Polaris was great as usual. Todays visit was especially great. The technician who did my X-rays was very gentle as she understood I have a lot of bone in my bottom gums. She was also very pleasant and kind. The hygienist was amazing as well! Not only did she do a great job cleaning my teeth but she educated me on brushing techniques that will help me to maintain optimal dental health. Though I saw a different dentist than usual he was also great! Kind and caring. Lastly but certainly not least the reception staff was amazing. The young lady at the front desk went over my treatment plan options and showed me how to maximize my benefits!! In a world where many are no longer kind or caring its refreshing to know that Dental Works Polaris is going beyond the status quo by not only providing great care but maintaining a wonderful staff of caring individuals!!!!!

Terrible experience with DentalWorks. i visited once and it was normal visit and they charged to my insurance as emergency visit. They didnt do anything and sent me to another doctor and said they will send my x-rays to doctor referred but they didnt sent any reports and i had to pay twice for the same test. Even after going to In-Network doctor which is Dental work they dont give you the eligible discount. The do not reply to the emails even after several reminders. For 3 months i continuously chased them via email but they did not respond even for a single email and sent the bill to collection department. i would better go out-network but not the DentalWorks. i surprised anyone giving 5 stars. seems they are staff members.

Dr. Jian and her staff are amazing. I am always so nervous going to the dentist but the staff at DentalWorks are always gentle and help put me at ease. Ive had plenty of work done and have always been pleased with the outcome. My entire family are patients here and the experience is always positive, even our children come here and dont need to see a pediatric dentist because they feel comfortable here. Loretta in the front office is always pleasant and helpful whenever I need assistance with insurance or for changing appointments. All the ladies that assist in the rooms are super friendly and I cant say enough wonderful things about Ly. She is the best. If you need a dentist, this is the place to go.

AMAZING !!! 1.) Great friendly staff. I had an issue with insurance and Carol spent 20 minutes helping me get the glitch resolved. Never once did I feel any judgement or get those evil stares. The assistants a friendly and funny, and really make you feel like you are among friends. 2.) The doc is the best. While she tells me every time she sees me that she doesnt see me often enough, she knows her stuff, and is amazing at what she does. Never once have i had any issues with any work she has done. 3.) Great location. Being right at Polaris mall, you have a ton of things to do before and after your visit. As well as parking is never an issue, umlike some of the smaller practices.

Their work is good but i didnt like is their aggressive selling of new dental treatment. Sometimes give wrong price estimation about a dental treatment. After you have completed the treatment , and after few days you will receive a big amount from them , regarding the treatment. I felt all of their dental treatment suggestion to get money out of you and as soon as possible ( in fact on the same day of appointment). They could behave in a better way rather than being money minded. When you visit, iff possible to say no for same day dental treatment , for which you have not prepared for. like new tooth extraction, new filling or new bacteria treatment etc etc.

I wouldnt suggest anyone go to either one of the dental works locations. I got a deep cleaning done the Polaris location and there is still some tar on my teeth. Im not sure how you can miss up a cleaning but they managed to do so. Plus both locations are just not even trustworthy they seem like scam artists dentist that just want to tell you everything under the sun is wrong to pocket your money. I would suggest going to north Columbus dental group or their affiliate locations. Seriously just stay away from dental works. If I could give a zero trust me i would because I wasted my money on a BS cleaning.

I wasnt too happy with my experience. My previous dentist emailed my X-rays 2 weeks prior and they located them but could not open them due to they didnt know how to. Then the assistant was very rough on pushing the X-rays into my mouth. The doctor was nice but not listening to why I was there. I was there to get a specific tooth pulled or have a root canal completed. All in all not a great experience and time wasted. The office manager (tall guy with facial hair) was very short with the staff and it showed his frustration with them. Not something a nervous first time patient wants to observe.

Dr. Jain is amazing!!!! I enjoy going to the dentist. This visit was off to the same experience until the end. Trying to schedule a follow up to filling cavities was not a good. I am in a tight deadlube because of surgery. I even called two days earlier to schedule an appointment to fill a lose cavity. Which i was told it was not in my chart and i would have to wait. So i did, assuming it would be no problem. I was even told could do that night. Ha! I was lied to. This visit was the very first time i walked away furious and not wanting to go back.

Dr. Jian and her staff are absolutely amazing! She has great attention to detail and helped me feel beautiful at a time in my life when I really needed it! She makes me feel like family while Im there and really cares about how Im feeling and the detail in her work. I would absolutely recommend her to all of my friends and family and have referred many friends to her! My son is 16 months and I cant wait for him to meet her and the staff for the first time!

My dental check up went very well today. The entire staff at the Sears Polaris location are the best. They took care of me from the time I came in to the time I left. I appreciate the great service the dentist and all the employees provide. Everyone there are so friendly and helpful. I continue to recommend Dental Works to friends, family and co-workers. Thanks for the excellent service!

I got a deep cleaning done this time. The only thing I hated was that they only scheduled me for half a side of my teeth.. I have to go back and get the other half done tomorrow. That is the most stupid thing I have ever heard of. It is a waste of my time to have to plan two visits to get my teeth cleaned. I have NEVER ever had this happen. Not very happy about this.

From the moment i called to schedule my appointment to the end of my appointment i was treated with a very friendly and courteous staff. I called on a Tuesday and had an appointmeng by Thursday of the same week! I felt the price was readonable and i was given clear diagnosis and instructions for future appointments. Will continue going to DentalWorks
