Nice people! But they lie about insurance coverages! My mom came in to set up an appointment to fix a chip tooth for my dad. Whichever girl she spoke said they took my moms insurance and recommended both my parents get cleanings. Its been a while since my parents had gone to the dentist, so of course my mom set up appointments. Copay for a standard cleaning is around $55. My parents went in for cleanings soon afterwards, but after the cleaning was done, they were told to pay $600. My mom was confused because BS Dental told them they took my parents insurance. The girl told her it was for the "deep cleaning." My mom wished that was disclosed before anything was done because my parents wouldve refused the service. They told her she had to pay $400 now and then pay $200 by her next appointment, because you know.. this place apparently schedules two appointments for one procedure. Clean one day, and then the polishing is done another day. My mom was shocked at the $600 but the girl simply just asked if that was going to be on charge or cash. I went up there a few days later with the bill to have them explain the bill to me. The girl sweetly explained it was so expensive because they had deep cleanings, but that there was nothing else they had to pay besides the $600. I even double checked with the same girl when I went back in with my parents for the "2nd part" of the cleaning. And then a couple weeks later we were slapped with a $800+ bill from BS Dental. When we called to question this, they said my moms insurance actually covered less than what these fools had guessed they would cover!!! So now, in addition to not disclosing the cost difference between a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning before performing any work, BS Dental also does not know how to bill insurance companies. But to comfort us they CLAIMED they had discount a mere $100 bucks off. My parents are now down over $1,200 when they originally went into set an appointment to fix a chipped tooth. My parents barely make enough to make ends meet, and have been struggling to pay off this stupid bill in the small 3 month time frame they were given. My advice, go somewhere else!!! And if you decide to go here, make sure they disclose to you about the cost of all your "dental work," other wise you too will end up with a $1,200 bill.

Update: Adding on to my original review. They still brilliant. I will keep you posted if they ever fall off from brilliance. This staff is the greatest ever, from Dr. Saluja to Shera to the hygienist who cleans the teeth. This staff lets you know ahead of time how much the procedure will cost, how much is covered by insurance, and they make the calls to the insurance company. They do all the work. All you have to do is show up. They are patient and thorough. My teeth and my mouth have not felt this good in a long time. Also, in previous experience with another dentist I had a root canal done which caused severe continuing pain. Dr. Saluja performed a replace root canal on me and I have yet to take a pain pill. I have finally found an outstanding dentist in Dr. Saluja and a tremendous staff. I have no fears of going to the dentist anymore. This place has my teeth healthy. To the highest, I recommend them. They are absolutely brilliant at what they do.

For starters, I totally disagree with Cody Halls review. I literally JUST got out of Bright Side and I couldnt be happier. Ill admit, I was there for a while, but a lot was done (x-rays, deep clean, molds, pictures, etc.), and everyone was great to work with. Dr. Shah and his assistant Shelly are top notch as well as the rest of the staff. I hadnt been to the dentist in 15 years because, to be honest, it freaks me out. However, I really dont feel that way anymore. I would recommend anyone to come see Dr. Shah and the team. Very pleasant and I can say I actually had a good time. Never thought Id say that about the dentist. They even put on some Led Zeppelin for us to listen to. If youre looking for a GREAT dentist, this is by far the place to go. And for the record... I promise they arent paying me or anyone else to give them good reviews.

The staff was great! Everyone was very friendly! I just had an extraction to get taken care of but was limited on time. They close at 7 and it was already 4pm when I walked in the door, Ive never been there before. I had to be somewhere by 5:30 (about 15 mins away). They were very fast and the whole team was working together to make sure I was able to make my 5:30 appointment! I was able to finish my xrays before the appointment and got back at about 6:10. They were able to get the extraction taken care of the same day on a busy day!!! I couldnt believe how fast it was with a very fair price especially not having insurance! I definitely recommend to anyone thinking about getting work done! Thank you to everyone including the dr (Ramanpreet Saluja)!

I have come here several times for my dental work. Dr. Saluja is great, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Originally, I shopped around and Brightsides rates were lower than other local dentists. Plus Dr Saluja was able to do a crown where another dentist told me I would need implants which was a huge savings to me. I have had root canals, crowns, fillings, and even extractions all performed here. Honestly, I dont remember the names of the dental assistants but all of them were very polite and professional. I would absolutely recommend Bright Side Dental of Warren to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Ramanpreet Saluja D.D.S is a Amazing Dentist. He makes sure you are Comfortable and Pain Free. He truly changed my life. I had many dental issues that effected my daily life. I was so scared to face the problems, until I went to see Dr.Saluja at Bright Side Dental. He gave me superior customer service with no JUDGMENT. He was resonably priced and his office staff was friendly also, which meant a lot to me. His hygienist Becky is great too. She gave me and my husband the best cleaning we ever experienced. Thank you Dr. Saluja for all your hard work and compassion... I recommend his office to everyone.

when it comes to dental offices this one takes the cake, i have had previous work in west Bloomfield, Detroit and Hamtramck and there has never been such a more pleasant place to come for your dental care, they diligently worked with my insurance carriers to make sure received the maximum benefit and they were all very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest technology , Dr Shar is the an excellent surgeon and the rest of the staff makes you feel like family....so if youve had horrible experience with dentist in the past this is the place to come ... I promise they will make you feel just like family

I have been petrified of dentists from a young age. Because of that fear, I have not gone to the dentist unless absolutely necessary. I had a tooth that had to be extracted and my wife called on a Saturday, was told to bring me right in, and it was taken care of. In all the years I have avoided the dentist, this was the best experience I have ever had. The staff and the dentist were terrific. (I was logged in under my wifes account that is why her name is showing up). All I can say is THANK YOU VERY MUCH! I went the whole weekend with very little to no pain.
