Got a pap smear & blood wrk done. Waited 45 min. to be seen. With my legs spread open Dr.Aloufa says,"did you know you tested + for herpes type 1?" I had this test done at another office & the records were transferred to her. I wasnt aware I tested +. I paniced & she & the nurse helping her looked at each other & grinned. I asked many questions that had to do with transmitting it to my partner sexually & so forth. She barely answered my questions. I was worried to death. I followed her to the receptionists desk to dismiss me while still asking her questions that went unaswered & she was "running" away from me leaving me with my ??? half asked as she was in a rush. I left & immediately went to the office where Id had my herpes test done & questioned the doctor. From my concern, the doctor knew I was confusing it with genital herpes, something Aloufa didnt care to clarify. Herpes 1 was like the regular mouth sores people get when having a cold. Dr. Aloufa was leading me to believe it was genital herpes I had. ...I went back to Dr. Oloufa to get my Pap & blood test results. I literally waited a total of 1.5 hrs to be seen. I was called in by the nurse & then was left in a room to be seen by the Dr. People were even leaving her office before I was called inside. Apparently the Nurse Practitioner was on vacation and the office staff over booked appointments. Dr. Oloufa spent literally 5 mins. to tell me my blood results. My pap results were not in yet (no one called me to tell me this & save me copay $ and get all the results at once). She wasnt even apologetic for the time I spent waiting. Days later I receive a note in the mail saying "they didnt collect enough cervical cells & need to re-pap." I had to come in and have another pap smear done. I ended up getting this one done with the NP since an appointment with Dr. Oloufa was a month into the future.

I have nothing negative to say about any doctor in this practice. They take my health and concerns very seriosuly. Yes, sometimes I do wait longer then I want but I as a patient have no control over what happens in the back, so no complaints here. I was recently hospitalized while pregnant and Dr. Oloufa called and actually came several times to check and make sure I was comfortable and ok since she is my OB as well. Not only that but Dr. Pagani and Dr. Dieguez came to look after while hospitalized since they were the ones on call. Ive NEVER had a doctor come and sit with me and care like Dr. Oloufa did and I will forever thank her for that. During regular visits, paps, procedures anything I put my trust in every doctor in the practice and I am never let down. I love all of the front staff and all of the MAs!

I tried to call Dr Paganis office over a week for a prescription refill and they never returned me. I had to go to a Walk In Clinic to get my medicine because they just dont answer calls. And also my sister in law spent 2 days in pain and calling them without any answer. Ridiculous care with their patients

Dr Oloufa, is the Best OBGYN she takes her time and listen, attend to all my care, well respected within the Ocoee Area! I always recommend her to anyone I know, delivered both my kids 2009 & 2013 beautifully!! And I still see her! Love you Dr O!!

Best OBGYN ever. She delivered my daughter and son. I went to her because she was close to my house and it was convient, and ended up loving her and the office staff. They are very caring and kind and show great respect to their clients.

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. I called to talk to staff and they hung up on me out of anger. They are rude! Plus you sit in the waiting room for an hour or more most of the time! Pittiful.
