I started going to see Dr. Joseph in 2013. Everything went well for about a year, hes a good doctor and very consistent in making appointments with his patients. I began experiencing issues with the office in 2014 when I found myself waiting for an appointment for over an hour with other patients in the waiting room who had been there for just as long, and then heard the entire staff break for lunch while we all sat there, so I left. Decided to give them another chance with my next appointment. Sat there for another hour while two patients who arrived after me got called in to see Dr. Joseph before I did. I then asked the scheduling woman about it and it turns out no one had pulled my patient file out at all to put into the cue for the doctor to pick up, so Id just been sitting there for an hour for no reason. The woman at the front with the New York accent is very rude and brusque with patients; when I spoke to her on the phone to make an appointment I had to practically drag the dates out of her that were available. I like the doctor, but its a shame the office staff has really soured me on his practice.

Dr. Joseph has a ludicrous amount of experience in all areas of the mental health field, being both a psychiatrist and a PhD clinical psychologist with a large number of other certifications throughout the field. Hes very direct and to the point, and he takes an approach to medicine that Ive not seen other doctors take. He tries not to over prescribe, and will scale back your medication if he feels that you dont need as much anymore. He always listens to you when it comes to how youre feeling and will make judgments based on your account instead of just trying to make blanket solutions. Hes very adamant about you paying as little as possible for your prescriptions, and his kind staff works with you on payment if you dont have insurance. Hes knowledgeable, attentive, affordable, and his main concern is helping you to feel better, without being a pill pusher. I highly recommend Dr. Sonny Joseph.

Dr. Sonny Joseph is an amazing doctor and his staff is wonderful and caring. My wife and I brought her sister in to see Dr. Joseph a few months ago. The meds that she had been on for 17 years were no longer effective and we were desperate to get her stable again. Her condition was such that we were going to have to consider a continued care facility if no other options were available. He made a suggestion to try a medication that he had some great success with on a number of patients over the years. K is now doing great, functioning well in her home and even driving herself to the grocery store and restaurants. We thank God for Dr. Sonny Joseph. Without his professional approach in identifying and properly prescribing the correct medication, K would have had no quality of life. Now she is doing GREAT and living independently! Thank you Dr. Joseph! You are a God sent!!!

Ive been with Dr. Joseph for years and have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and his staff. He is extremely qualified and knowledgeable in his field. Hes helped to vastly improve my quality of life. He will provide you with the medication you need; not what you think you need or simply want. As far looking for money, thats not true. When I had an allergic reaction to a medication he got me right in and didnt charge me for the visit. Not necessary, but was very much appreciated. I always have pleasant conversation with his staff, you give respect, you get respect. Id highly recommend him to anyone seriously seeking help.

Please steer clear of this doctor. He is a scam artist that gives away prescriptions for basically nothing, as long as you have money. Their staff are unqualified, have absolutely no customer service or experience whatsoever, he might as well have hired people off the street from the poor parts of town (probably did). I have a feeling a lot of people writing 5 star reviews are trying to suck up to this doctor to get what they want. Its a shady place, shady feeling, the people are shady.. everything is just not right at all. Stay away for your own good please.

I have been seeing Dr. Joseph for about 10 years now. He has been instrumental in my life and has helped me tremendously. Dr. Joseph is compassionate, caring, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable knowledgeable. As a highly respected doctor, he maintains high ethical standards and treats his patients with respect and dignity. He listens to your concerns and works with you to find the best treatment plan and modifies it when necessary. Simply put he is the best! I highly recommend Dr Joseph.

Dr sonny Joseph is the most is a discrase to the Dr is the worst Dr alive he doesnt care about the patient he treated me for 17 years and when I moved back to Orlando and when I really need his help he refused to help i would recommend him he wouldnt say why rather see me die he way because he doesnt care about the patient he only wants to make money he gave me the worst treatment he loads you on meds that he gets a kick back i would not recommend you see him he is is a discrase to the nmed

I have been seeing Dr. Joseph since 2011. He is a patient person, explains conditions and answers questions with easy to understand answers. He always has time for you and treats you like a person nit a number. His staff is friendly, patient and easy to get through to. They make easy to deal with financial payment arrangements. Wait time is next to nothing, They open early and stay late to help with appointment times and work schedules. I would recommend him to anyone needing help.

Dr. Joseph has been helping me for over 10 years. He literally saved my life. His knowledge of behavioral health is unrivaled in my book. Unlike most Doctors who pump unhealthy/ habit forming drugs into you to make you lethargic and unemotional, he does it with out relying on narcotics. My bipolar disorder and depression are in check and my quality of life is phenominal. His staff always make my visit extremely pleasant. They are highly proficient at their jobs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Hes nothing but a pill pusher. He sees you in his office for 10 minutes and already has his prescription pad in the hand before he even speaks with you. When I ask him questions, he just tells me I dont need to know anything... just do what he says. Whenever I ask him for the detailed information he says that this is it his specialty and I will answer any questions. Hes nothing but a pill pusher who obviously takes kickbacks from pharmacy companies.

Dr. Sonny is a very caring doctor i love his no nonsense approach. I had almost hit rock bottom before i seen him. Currently im about to get married just bought a new home and have a whole new outlook on life. Very friendly staff always makes appts easy. I do not know how i would of ever be in this position without him. Thanks for all the help and my wife loves what you have done for me.

Wonderful service. Dr. Sunny Joseph and his staff went above and beyond for me in my time of need. I would recommend them to anyone. Be advised Dr. Joseph is not a therapist and will not counsel you. Mental Illness is best treated through therapy AND medication. Dr. Joseph can recommend some talk therapist in your area should you need it. Thank you, Dr. Joseph.
