I wish i can give this doctor and his office a "Zero" star. Where do i start, yeah, my first visits, they were okay, the doctor instead of listening to what i have to say, keeps cutting me off to finish my sentences and assume how i feel. Lately since i started using my insurance, they started being so rude and not helpful at all, talking about the nurses especially the jeanette lady, this one time i heard her say to another nurse : " i cant stand her" and yes she was talking about me cause i asked her to give me some document. Anyways, i needed to see a neurologist, they referred one, the neurologist refused to see me cause i was sent by this doctor, go figure. Under the law, you have the right to ask for a copy of your medical record and file, and also under the law they have the right to charge UP TO 45 CENT a page, well when i asked for mine, cause i didnt want to come back here ever again, and also everytime i ask them they send my file to another doctor, they take forever before they do it, and they do it with bad attitude, the nurse came out, and told me very rudely: "YOU WANT YOUR FILE, YOU HAVE TO PAY $1 EACH PAGE" i asked her again, thinking that she misunderstood what i wanted, but she was even more rude than before, telling me thats how they do it, there is no other way. Also for any insurance documents, they charge $50, most doctors charge $15 only, but this guy is soooo greedy and rips off everything that moves. An advice to all the people out there, stay away from this office, the doctor is not as good as some reviews make him, and the nurses are horrible, if you want a good diagnosis go somewhere else.

This is the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever dealt with. The nurses/front receptionist staff are rude and absolutely clueless. Totally unorganized! It takes them days to get in touch with you, and Ive already had to stop in multiple times, only to be sent out the door because the information they gave me should have been a phone call. I initially made an appointment to get a physical, and at the end I told the nurse that I forgot to ask the doctor for a prescription, and she told me that I would have to make a completely separate appointment because I was only scheduled for a physical. RIDICULOUS!!! Im currently sitting in the lobby waiting for the doctor to sign the forms I came in two weeks ago for, and now Ive been sitting here for over TWO HOURS!!! The doctor is nice, but you will lose your sanity if you come here. Save your time and money and go someplace else.

When I arrived to the office, he was very friendly, although at several points in the conversation, I had to correct information that he had assumed about my condition instead of asking me about them. I needed him to fill out a form and he wanted me to see a specialist. After seeing the specialist, it took his office four days to tell me that they wouldnt fill out the form until I went to see another specialist. I had been expressing that I needed this form filled out quickly and even called three out of the four days to see if it was ready. The office had no respect when I would call, and when I was expressing that I was upset that it took them so long to fill out the form, the nurse had no sympathy and instead of addressing the issue, said goodbye and hung up. Overall, this office has been very frustrating to work with.

Dr. Ayoubi is an outstanding physician. He is professional and personable. He takes the time to explain everything and answer all questions. He has an excellent staff. They are very friendly and courteous. The wait time in the lobby and exam room is very short. I highly recommend Dr. Ayoubi to anyone looking for a great, experienced and a Doctor who really cares. Im truly grateful and thankful.

The entire office staff and medical staff is absolutely wonderful! I am thrilled to finally find a doctor and staff who doesnt treat you like a number. Dr ayoubi actually sits and talks with his patients. That is very rare these days. I am so glad I found them.
