I was had a procedure done with Dr. Moon on the 15th of November. I was sent out of the procedure with little information and was told to call in 2 weeks to see if my results were in and to schedule a follow up. I called 4 times, left 3 unresponded to voicemails and talked to someone once who said theyd call me back but never did. My family called to demand to talk with someone and they were put on hold for 13 minutes and talked to very rudely. When they called me with my results, the "business manager" called me, said the results and hung up before I could say more than thank you for the results. When I called back, I wasnt put on hold and then told if I had anything else to say, I could make a follow up. Her tone was very rude and I said that my internship was ending soon and I just wanted a referral to another gastro in my home state. She said you can go whenever you want. I asked to speak with someone else and she said the person who called with my results was their manager. During my procedure, they were great to me but thats because they were apart of the P Phillips staff. I am not at all degrading Dr. Moons skills but his offices client service is terrible and if that is important to you, I recommend you search else where. I am 24 and this is the first time I have had to go to a doctor for more than a check up. The things Ive been experiencing are stressful and this office really made this experience much worse. The main hospital comments on how rude the staff is at Dr. Moons office.

My family member went to Dr moon in hope to find a solution for her acid reflux. She went through all the procedures he recommended and was told once results were in he would give her call in which is normal protocol. When she had a prodecure done in dr Phillips in which the nurses there were great with her, she was vomiting after the procedure which is the main reason she was there and her chest was burning more than normal. The nurse told dr moon and he said just give her malax and send her home. The outpatient looked as if they were rushing her out kinda like a factory of patients. 1 month later she got the results and after paying a 50.00 copay dr moon comes in to tell her the results and dr moon says she has the option to put a pacer. She asked well whats a pacer and believe it or not he said GOOGLE IT. A doctor said GOOGLE IT THEN WHY DID YOU GO TO MED SCHOOL!! IF THIS DR DIDNT KNOW WHAT A PACER IS THEN I CANT IMAGINE WHAT ELSE HE DOESNT KNOW. THE WORST DR EVER HE SHOULD QUIT AND OPEN A PAGE IN GOOGLE. I WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT TO THE BOARD!!! DONT BE SCAMMED BY A DR WHO TELLS PATIENTS TO GOOGLE MEDICAL THINGS SAVE YOUR LIFE IF YOU CARE THAT MUCH OF YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!! BEWARE PLEASE!!! DONT EVER SET AN APPOINTMENT IN THIS PLACE!!!

I was referred to Dr.Moon by Dr Philips hospital after having some epigastric pain for many months. The clinic is very clean and the wait time was very short. Staff was friendly and efficient! Dr. moon was very kind and made sure I did not leave with any questions. I was so happy he had scheduled me for a endoscopy and colonoscopy for that same week. I had been suffering with pain in my stomach after almost every meal and all anyone would every tell me was to take protonix. No other doctor seemed concerned enough to do any test prior to seeing Dr. Moon. Although I was nervous the staff of the hospital spoke very highly of him and so did patients, this eased my anxiety of the procedure. I am overall very pleased with my experience and recommend him to anyone having issues. Thank you Dr.Moon.

Dr. He attend me at hospital,and he found out what was my problem.now 11 years after,I live in Brevard County.now i am going to him again,after been treated by a terrible! Who Calls him self a" dr" in Brevard, County.I like Dr. Moon,and so i will make an appointment soon it possible .Updated :05-16-17.was! A good Dr not any more,money hungry! Rush you out of office,no let patient,speak,to tell what s wrong ,what a shame!

Id give him a negative score if I could. He was on call for my doctor at Health Central this weekend. I cant believe my doctor would entrust his patients to such an arrogant, rude physician. Other nurses and doctors overheard our interaction and agreed he was unprofessional and inappropriate. I see the bad reviews his staff are receiving. I feel sorry for them and would never work for someone like him.

Office staff not friendly. Poor service. Only good thing I have to say is that Ive never been turned down for an appointment at the time I pick.... and the waiting room is often empty. Not a good sign for a doctor I want to keep! Receptionist staff made it nearly impossible to fax my records over to a new gastro. The new office even commented on how rude Dr Moons staff was with them.

was recently hospitalized with severe burning abdominal pain, I have been suffering this for more then few months my doctor tried medication was not helping .dr moon did endoscopy and found out I have some form of bacteria he gave me the treatment for two weeks now I am completely pain free very experienced doctor and a very helpful staff in his office
