NEVER LEAVE YOUR CHILD ALONE! This man & the women that work for him stood by while my child was mistreated & forced to have treatment! On our initial consultation they allowed me to go back BUT on the day of her procedure in which she was sedated...I was not allowed to go back! Another Mother wanted to go back because her child was next & had to go to the restroom BUT they would not allow her to go back either because they knew my child was being mistreated! Why wouldnt you allow your patients to use your restroom IF there is nothing to hide? That Mother had to take her child to a restroom at another business! My daughter said she could not breathe because Dr. Dove placed his hand over her mouth, then he pinched her nose to force her to open her mouth, all while she was supposedly was sedated & in their "papoose" strapped down helpless! I trusted all of them and my daughter has nightmares now & I will have a difficult time getting her to ever trust any Physician AND GOD AS MY WITNESS I WILL NEVER TRUST THEM MYSELF! I WILL BE IN THE ROOM FOR EVERY THING, no b.s. Staff like this practice can ever pretend to me that they care about their patients! YouTube Dr. Doves Bakersfield Office and their stories! I currently bring my son to Dr. Dove and recently he had an appt were he was sedated for all the work he needed. The staff was great from start to finish, from when I made my appointment the front desk was friendly and couteous and scheduled me as soon as possible. Dr. Dove explained exactly what would happen and how the sedation process worked. My son was well taken care of even though I was not allowed to be with him when he was treated, it was explained to me and I understood he would do better if I was not there and that he would be put on a monitor to watch over his oxygen and pulse, Dr. Dove and his staff really know what they are doing and I would refer my friends and family to them. Thank you guys!

We are not taking our son in this office ever again. Customer service is AWFUL and very poor. We feel very unwelcome with their reception because we arrived 40 minutes early for our 8:30 appointment. I greeted 4 people and didnt even get a single smile back from any of them. There is a very awkward, unhappy and uncomfortable atmosphere. Im very surprised they specialized with kids when they dont even possesses a quality of being with them. I will give a 1 score of 3 just for giving the female doctor the credit of spending time with me for my aftercare question for my child. BTW, they left my sons lips all bruised up after the procedure...im not sure if that is normal. :(

Me and my daughter had a very bad experience at this place, my daughter was sedated and they gave her the anesthesia shots in her mouth and her lips were all num, they strapped her down and she was ready for treatment and then their unit broke down and they were not able to perform any treatment on her, and not only her but all the other kids who were waiting for treatment and already took the sedation were not treated either. I would never go back there again.

Excellent, very pleasant and everybody is wonderful, simply awesome! !, When I found Dr. Dove my prayers were answered, my little boy had horrific dental experience previously and now each visit is more pleasant as well as everyone in the office. Its a kids friendly environment, its relaxing and wonderful. Dr. Dover is awesome and very professional. Hes a shining star! !! Thank you so much.

We have all 3 children under the age of 6 seen at the same time, this is hands down the most welcoming, professional, skilled peds dentist. They truly cater to the kids and make the experience as fun and safe for everyone. Our children love going here!

terrible! they threatened to strap arms down if i moved, put a dental mask over my face, and did NOT numb completely and i felt EVERYTHING. his "associate" was terrible. she was the one that did al of the stuff and i was very upset afterwards.

kid started crying because he was scared they strapped him in and yelled at him until i heard. I came in and he un strapped him in and put his hand over my sons mouth to make sure he wasnt crying
