Thank you Deerwood Lake Chiropratic. It was with the power of your intention that allowed my husband, (Rob Shaw), the ability to continue with his business plans. My husband was in the Jacksonville area, a 3 hour drive north from our home, due to business and was there for 5 business days. He arrived in Jacksonville Sunday night, to be ready for work Monday morning. He woke with his back just not feeling right, and then it happened - his back went out tying his boots. I texted him while he was in meetings and he asked me to call him asap. He told me that he was in awful pain and didn’t know if he would be able to stay in the seminar but didn’t know how he was going to drive home. His hotel roommate drove him to the seminar. I immediately got on the internet and found the Deerwood Lake Chiropractic. The receptionist made room for my husband Rob Shaw. She told me that they would wait for him, not to worry. Dr Anthony Fort received him with therapy immediately after x-rays, tens, back brace, ice packs & included the usual 2 visits to ensure that Rob could walk. Every night that my husband was in Jacksonville, he went for therapy because the Dr Anthony Fort waited for him after hours. This therapy was the only reason that Rob was able to get through the long days of classes that are mandatory for his industry. Dr. Fort is a phenomenal chiropractor and the staff (Jen, Jenny and Marybeth) is just superb. At the initial meeting, I was greeted at the door and immediately felt welcomed. The service was excellent and it definitely helped get back to myself after I was T-boned. Shortly after my sessions started I found out my father passed away and went in for an appointment the next day. Obviously I was still emotional but went in anyway. Once my session was over on the massage table, Jenny came in to assist me with transferring from the table room to Dr. Fort’s room to be adjusted. She saw that I was crying and asked me if I was ok. I explained to her that I had just lost my father and she gave me to warmest hug which made me even more emotional. It felt good to know that she related to me and embraced me as if she too had lost her father. Deerwood Lake Chiropractic is a home away from home. You will be treated just like family because your are greeted by name everytime starting with your second visit and you are provided with great customer service. I strongly recommend utilizing their services to anyone needing an adjustment.

Wow is all I can say. First of all when I have needed to get in quickly and have not made an appointment they get me in the same day. Yes, I might wait a few more minutes but they will see me the same day so I am perfectly fine with that. The front office staff is wonderful. They make sure to engage everyone while there, they greet people by name almost 100% of the time which is amazing considering how many patients go in and out daily. Now Dr. Fort. He is great. He is always smiling, works effieciently with all of his patients yet gives them the time they need based upon their specific needs. Dr. Fort also does a great job at helping you understand what is causing the pain you may be having and how we are going to tackle it. I would highly recommend Dr. Fort and his team for any type of neck/back issues. Keep up the great work!

I went to Dr. Fort strictly by his reviews online to address my hip pain. I found the positive reviews to be very accurate and had a pleasant experience. I had loads of issues, and after only one adjustment, I began to feel relief. The initial appointment is complementary and includes X-rays and an entire assessment. He tells you exactly what he suspects is going on and then shows you the X-rays when you come back and shares his plan of treatment. He makes you feel very comfortable during your visits. The first time I met him, I felt like I had known him for years. He clearly cares for each and every patient. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I, unfortunately, could not continue going because of finances, but I would recommend Dr. Fort to anyone in need of a chiropractor! I trust Deerwood Lake Chiropractic.

This place is amazing. Im a single mother and found them through Groupon. My first appointment I had to bring my daughter and she started to get upset and Krystal came in and helped calm her down and kept her entertained, I was pleasantly surprised & delighted. I have lived with severe pain for over 15 Years and have been to over 10 chiropractors. After my first adjustment I was only able to afford one other adjustment. I tried to cancel, explaining my circumstances and I was told to come in anyway. I was blown away. I was in so much pain. His adjustment that night took away my oncoming migraine. Dr. Fort is very compassionate. I actually felt cared about. The office staff is great, so very sweet. The massage therapist is also very good. I highly recommend this establishment.

Dr. Fort is a miracle worker! After 20 years of pain, with NO ortho, physical therapist or expert spine/bone M.D. being able to end my neck/back pain and stiffness, Dr. Fort "cured" me in less than two months of visits!!!! I had NEVER been to a chiropractor and I have never felt this dang good!!! Dr. Fort is an informative, professional, technically-advanced expert in his field and you will NEVER regret being his patient. Dr. Trupo is equally gifted in ensuring you become pain free. And Dr. Forts entire staff is the most polite and professional group (and genuinely kind!) you will encounter every time you visit. They are the best possible chiropractic team in Jacksonville...youll see for yourself on your first visit.

Even though I haves only been going a few weeks I can tell significant changes for those of you that think you only need to go of your hurt or in an accident we are just like any other thing that has parts we "squeak" to without adjusting your parts will not function at 100 percent, by know means am I saying that excercise doesnt help just saying. The spine controls so many functions of the body not just holding you together take time to look up spinal nerve function I was so ever whelmed by not realizing how the slightest misalignment can affect other functions in the body. Dr. Fort and the staff are extremely courteous and professional . Dr. Fort is by far the best in his class of profession Five star quality
