The office confirmed my benefits with my provider. They confirmed my co-pay ($20) per visit. Then I was advised that the doctor does use different equipment in the process of their treatment, ie: CPAP machine @ $45 and Acupuncture which costs $45. So now my $20 office visit is going to run a minimum of $65 or more. I asked if I can decline use of the CPAP machine, the doctor called me back and advised me that he could not, the treatment time would take longer and increase my cost. Ive been going to Chiropractors for a number of years this appears to simply be another avenue of revenue for the doctor. The doctor never even examined me, how would he know I needed treatment with a CPAP machine? Filing a complaint with my insurance carrier and the Florida Board of Chiropractic.

Horrible service. I called in on Tuesday to see if they accepted my insurance and was told I would get a call back later that day for the next morning. I called back the next afternoon (after I never got a call back) and was told that they must have been 1 digit off on the ID so I gave it again and this time it was a young lady and she told me she would be able to call me the same day with confirmation. AGAIN no call so I called back AGAIN the next afternoon just to be told that Id be covered but since blue cross blue shield doesnt cover two of Doctor lipps treatments my co pay would go from 20$ to 90$. Thank you making me and making me be the one to have to keep calling in. CRAPPY SERVICE BY A DOCTORS OFFICE!!!

Dr. Lipp was very thorough in assessing my condition and developing a treatment plan for my torn rotator cuff. I have been doing traditional physical therapy at a different office for several months and the pain in my arm and my range of motion has not really improved. After 4 sessions with Dr. Lipp I have felt a marked improvement in my mobility and the pain in my arm has lessened. I would highly recommend Dr. Lipp and the Active Health office to any one who is in need of recovering from muscle injuries.

Ive been seeing Dr Lipp for less then 2 months and have seen a drastic improvement in my neck and shoulder pain. My previous experiences with local physicians didnt come close to the results Dr Lipp has delivered. His mythology of treating the route of the problem rather then the symptoms or problem area has proven to be life changing in my case. I highly encourage others suffering from nagging injuries to seek his guidance!

We have been to multiple providers around the city, and no one has helped my daughter as much as Dr. Lipp. His techniques are incredibly efficient and effective. Additionally, both he and his staff are incredibly friendly and kind. I frequently recommend him to our friends.
