First impressions are everything! The whole staff was very professional, friendly and approachable. I was given a tour of the facility while being briefed on how I can expect to be treated as well as the process flow of how patients are treated. Beautiful facility. After going over health history & issues, x-rays were taken. They addressed my immediate concern/need and they went over x-rays and treatment plan. Dr Bob Coppola is very knowledgeable, friendly, caring, concerning and easy to talk....seems to be a great guy all around.....same for the staff. Ive been to a few chiropractors in Cinti & NKY. About half of them just do the "normal" routine adjustments. Dr. Robert Coppola is much better than the routine adjustments. Sorry but I find most chiropractors a little odd but not Dr. Robert Coppola & Dr. Stephan Laub; they are down to earth & approachable. Glad that I was recommended to All Star Chiropractic!!

Dr. Bob is great! Very helpful and knowledgeable on the spine and muscles of the human body. The whole staff is friendly and quick. I didnt have to wait. My massage was awesome; both relaxing and firm on the muscles. I like all the different techniques that they use on everyone; the tens unit table, the adjustment from Dr. Bob, and the massage. Dr. Bob also has a large selection of DoTerra essential oils available for clients to purchase. He had a defuser that has an essential oil in it emitting a wonderful relaxing smell throughout the office. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.
